2015, Adapt To The New Normal And Seek New Development.

The bell of the new year sent away the unforgettable 2014.

In 2014, the opening year of China's comprehensive deepening reform, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary focused on achieving the goal of "two one hundred years" and launched successive major initiatives in governing the country, leading the 1 billion 300 million Chinese people to make a series of new achievements in the road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.

China's reform and opening up and modernization drive have entered a new stage.

The reform and construction also entered a new journey.

On behalf of the China Federation of textile industry, I wish to extend our new year greetings to comrades from all walks of life who have long been interested in supporting the development of China's textile industry.

Over the past year, the textile industry has conscientiously implemented the strategic plan of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and deepening reform in the Central Committee, and has done a solid job in various fields, thus maintaining the steady development of the industry.

The main operational indicators will increase, and the quality and efficiency will be stable and better.

The industry has made steady progress in structural adjustment, scientific and technological innovation, brand building, energy conservation and emission reduction, and talent team, and has achieved good results.

But at the same time, we must clearly see that the growth rate of textile industry in 2014 has slowed down compared with the previous year, especially in the second half of this year, showing a more obvious deceleration trend, and the industry has entered a new normal.

Under the new normal environment, the task of pformation and upgrading of the industry is more arduous and various contradictions are more prominent.

The growth of the domestic demand market has slowed down obviously, and the comprehensive cost continues to rise. The inherent structural contradictions of the industry itself in raw materials, capacity, layout and enterprise organization are highlighted.

In the new year, the industry should focus on issues such as raw materials, capacity, environmental protection, layout, and small and medium-sized enterprises.

Breakthroughs have been made. The new planting subsidy policy is conducive to gradually restoring the market attributes of domestic cotton prices. However, the specific implementation effect of the direct subsidy policy is uncertain, and the policy of national cotton reserves and import quotas will also have an impact on cotton prices, and the cotton market situation is still complex.

This will increase risk for production and operation of textile enterprises.

Structural adjustment of production capacity

The performance is very outstanding.

The price of chemical fiber raw materials and products has shown downward trend in the past year, and the pressure of business operation has increased. The chemical fiber industry has overall problems such as the stage of production capacity, the structural surplus, and the excessive competition of the market.

Some key enterprises have begun to strengthen self-discipline and regulate the order of competition. However, how to maintain market order and establish a normal price pmission mechanism remains to be concerned and studied.

The structural adjustment of chemical fiber products is very important for solving the contradiction of raw materials and promoting the steady development of the industry.

It is the bounden duty of the textile industry to save energy and reduce emissions and declare war on pollution.

In the face of the continuous improvement of the national regulatory standards for pollution emission, the pressure of environmental protection in the industry has become more prominent.

However, in order to enhance the capacity of sustainable development, the textile industry must step through the path of environmental protection, which requires concerted efforts from all sides to provide support in terms of capital, technology and services.

Industrial layout is also facing new situation.

Facing the problem of slow pfer in the central and western regions, the industry will further investigate and study, and play a good role in the layout system of the central and western regions in China.

We should also strengthen the allocation of pnational resources and make full use of two markets at home and abroad to seek new development.

The vitality of SMEs is a sign of steady development of the textile industry.

Facing the change of macroeconomic situation, the survival and development pressure of small and medium-sized enterprises is very large. The ability of enterprises in capital, technology, talent, management and so on is obviously insufficient, and the plight of survival is becoming increasingly prominent.

The industry urgently needs to increase its public service to small and medium-sized enterprises.
