Shanghai Hangzhou Two Enterprises Will Work Together To Build 10000 Tons Of Recycled Fiber Production Line.

Recently, the seminar on the construction of waste textile recycling and reuse system held by Shanghai and Hangzhou jointly held in Hangzhou Yuhang District Hua Ding Group Company. The conference discussed the construction of the project.

In order to improve the establishment of an industrial chain system for the recycling and reuse of waste textiles, Shanghai Yuanyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Huat group company have repeatedly negotiated and communicated with each other and decided to set up Ding Yuan (Hangzhou) Textile Technology Co., Ltd., based on Hualien group's subsidiary company, huberner (Hangzhou) wool textile dyeing and finishing Co., Ltd., and cooperate with Shanghai yuan yuan company to undertake the production and operation of the fibers after recycling the waste textiles. The new company will introduce the most advanced textile sorting and opening equipment abroad, carry out automatic sorting, automatic control and whole process clean production process, and build a production line of 10 thousand tons of regenerated fiber per year, and will gradually build a complete industrial chain for fiber spinning and weaving.

Green textile is the direction of sustainable and healthy development of textile industry. The greening of textile industry is all-around. One is cleaner production in production, the two is energy conservation and emission reduction, and the three is the recycling of resources.

China's textile industry "12th Five-Year" circular economy plan clearly put forward the goal of building a recycling system of waste textiles, promoting the standardization and scale development of the comprehensive utilization of waste resources in the textile industry, putting the waste clothing and bedding in the category of "recyclable", regulating and guiding the "fabric" into the recycling channel.

The annual report shows that the output of waste textiles in 2013 was 20 million tons, of which chemical fiber and cotton fiber products accounted for about 74%, while the utilization of waste textiles in 2013 was still less than 3 million tons. Obviously, the utilization rate was still very low, but the 3 million tons of reuse could save 3 million 800 thousand tons of crude oil from the source.

In 2015, the total fiber processing capacity was expected to reach 51 million 500 thousand tons, of which about 15% were recycled fiber.

With the construction of the 3 year plan of action "recycling of waste clothing" circular economy and clean production projects, a highly integrated small, scattered and low waste textiles recycling organization and a social sharing platform were established. In 2008, Shanghai Yuanyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. was approved by the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission. As an enterprise engaged in the comprehensive utilization of waste textiles recycling, classification and disinfection, the recycling channel network of waste textiles based on community, school, office space, shopping mall and four in one body has been established.

According to the request of the time node of the 3 year environmental protection action plan in Shanghai, Shanghai Yuanyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. will put 12000 waste collection boxes (giant pandas) in the city's property management community (more than 1200 in 2014), and a matching collection and pportation vehicle, sorting stream line, packing equipment and disinfection facilities. The total investment of the project is 15 million yuan.
