A few days ago, the deputy mayor Meng Qinghong investigated the three e-commerce development models of different types of cities on the basis of the development of e-commerce in our city, and held a forum on the spot to make arrangements for the development of e-commerce in Kunming.

On the same day, the research group composed of the Municipal Commerce Bureau, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Commission of industry and commerce, the municipal development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Industrial and commercial bureau and other departments led the investigation of three different types of e-commerce companies, including Yunnan three network technology Co., Ltd., Yunnan provincial university creative park and Kunming dongxun Technology Co., Ltd.

Among them, Yunnan three Nine Network Technology Co., Ltd. is a digital 3C products mainly set up, set up merchandise sales, logistics and distribution, after-sales maintenance as one of the e-commerce company, set up more than 70 branches, its visit volume, click through rate, sales volume and industry visibility and influence, are in the forefront.

After the investigation, a forum was held. According to the investigation, the relevant units combined their own functions and the current situation of e-commerce development in our city, and discussed their respective thinking and suggestions on how to promote the development of e-commerce in our city.

After listening to the speeches of relevant units and enterprises, Meng Qinghong put forward 5 requirements for pushing forward the development of e-commerce in Kunming.

First, we must fully understand the importance and urgency of developing e-commerce. We must pay equal attention to online and offline trade.

The two is to do a good job in the related basic work. The municipal development and Reform Commission should sort out the existing policies involving e-commerce, study policies that need to be strengthened and innovating, and then put forward some suggestions to promote the development of e-commerce in our city.

The establishment of e-commerce platform and other work should be carried out.

The three is to identify the new starting point for pushing forward the work, establish an e-commerce based exchange, and further study cross-border.

Pilot and organize implementation.

Four, finance should support the development of electronic commerce. The Municipal Finance Bureau should set up special funds for e-commerce development as soon as possible, and formulate capital management measures in conjunction with the business sector to cash in on the support of enterprises.

Invest in e-commerce industry.

The five is to implement the relevant work plan. Several key work contents identified in the work plan for the establishment of a national e-business demonstration city in Kunming should be carefully combed and implemented.
