The Heilongjiang foreign trade working conference was held in Harbin.

The conference put forward requirements for Heilongjiang's foreign trade work in 2015, stressed the need to accurately grasp the operation of foreign trade and import and export under the new normal situation, focus on the implementation of the "five major plans" and the development of ten major industrial projects, accelerate the development of the elements of foreign trade development, foster new competitive advantages, promptly curb the momentum of the decline in foreign trade, and strive to achieve the expected growth target of import and export for the whole year.

Daqing introduced the city to conduct in-depth research, identify the focal points of foreign trade growth, screen out key enterprises that stimulate foreign trade growth, do well in tracking services, and carry out major projects such as refined oil exports, oil field equipment exports, and import of Volvo auto parts and production equipment.

In the first 2 months of this year, Daqing achieved a total import and export value of US $1 billion 250 million, of which the export achieved nearly 100 million US dollars, an increase of 135.9% over the previous year.

Jiamusi introduced the city to actively promote the construction of the railway bridge across the Yangtze River between China and Russia, and built the first phase of the Russian LPG import project, and set up the objectives of the Russian economic and trade cooperation Circular Economy Park and the Sino Russian agricultural machinery exhibition.
