師協會楊健先生，尊敬的各位領導嘉賓，還有石獅服裝設計師協會的同仁們，大家好：我是李明欣，感謝大家的信任和厚愛，選舉我為石獅服裝設計師協會首任會長，首先我要代表協會所有成員和工作團隊感謝張永寧書記領導的石獅市委市政府，還要感謝行業領導--中國服裝設計師協會，一直給予我們閩派服飾策源地很大的關注與支持，感謝李當岐主席、張慶輝副主席的支持，兩位領導雖然因為工作沒有到場，但也為我們送來了祝福祝賀;有了領導們和前輩們的支持，我們石獅服裝設計師協會219名成員今天匯聚在一起，共同見證一個屬于我們自己的專業協會的成立，也見證一個夢想的起航，在此也要感謝各位設計師的踴躍參與，你們的熱情讓我感受到了一份信任和責任，我會全身心投入協會會長的工作，竭誠為各位同仁做好服務。

During the preparatory process of the Shishi Fashion Designers Association, we have received many enthusiastic responses and support from many famous designers, designers and designers. They include "China top ten fashion designers" and excellent designers.

In addition, there are still many designers from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xiamen and other famous garment enterprises, some of them come to fame, others are "return to their hometown".

You are all the elite in the fashion and clothing industry. We welcome you and thank you. Our family has brought together so many talented people and has tremendous energy. The position of the Shishi Fashion Designers Association is to focus on "design" as the main purpose, encouraging designers to carry out creative imagination, inject vitality into the brand, inject vitality into the industry, and inject dreams into the city and life.

Specifically, the service function of our association is to serve the leaders to realize the city's dream, to serve the industry's dream of the industry, to realize the design dream service for the designers, and to serve the life of the practitioners of the industry. Let's join hands and create a home full of creative design fun.

This is the following three things that I have to do first of all: "three 1".

The first 1: build a platform.

For a long time, the framework of enterprise designers has constrained the extension of differentiation and personalization, and how to integrate innovation, creation and creative display. The newly launched JESEID STYLE designer brand integration store has led the designer to show independent design and integrate online with offline.

We will double track the sales channels of the brand clothing, and integrate the stores as the carrier to achieve domestic and foreign trade exchanges and cooperation.

Aiming at young and cutting-edge designers, we set up a Shishi youth clothing designer venture base at a weekly Street Yi clothing creative Expo Park, providing a 3 year rent free studio for young fashion designers to reduce their start-up costs and facilitate more convenient exchange, learning and cooperation within the base.

Shishi fashion designer service platform, a clothing design theme Coffee Club as the carrier, to provide members with the fastest, latest and most professional breakdown of clothing information, and the introduction of POP (global) fashion network agency, to provide six pieces of services for fashion designers, such as advisory group, docking conference, lecture hall, buyers, exhibition and Trend Magazine.

The second 1: establish a system.

The service and management of the association have firmly established a concept and we must work out a complete and scientific system.

First of all, we must value convergence. For the future, innovation, creativity, creation and entrepreneurship are the long-term goals of the association in the future.

On the one hand, create an excellent environment for the cutting-edge local designers to keep learning and advancing for their dreams. On the other hand, they can help them have better clothing production channels and push out their brands and designs.

Through the growth of the designer team, we should improve the chain of Shishi garment industry, support the dream of "Oriental Milan", and build a new future for the city, the industry and the designers.

After the unification of ideas and ideas, we should establish a membership management system and incentive mechanism, give full play to the designers' subjective initiative, encourage more members to participate in the organization work, attract and assemble a batch of excellent fashion designers through the association culture, establish a secretarial work management system, let the association work orderly, promote, establish the cultural system of the association's core values, and build the spiritual identity of members.

Third 1: create a brand

The third 1, in fact, is the combination of the former two and 1. When we have completed the previous work, we will naturally build up a brand and highly effective association brand, just like the well-known body of the Milan garment trade union and the China Fashion Designers Association, relying on the government but operating independently, serving the designers,

It also links the upstream and downstream industries. We are developers, designers and producers. Our team is also our product and brand.

Together, we build a unique cultural attribute belonging to the designers' Association, making the association a fashion designer society that is supported by designers, approved by the government, and praised by the community.

Good reputation, extraordinary influence, surging vitality, this is the vitality of the association brand.

The above three points are the three things I want to do after I took up the presidents of the Shishi Fashion Designers Association. They are my policy agenda. Thank you again for your support and kindness. Thank you for the stone lions.
