Two Elements That Make Employees Energetic
In various industries and types of work, we found that those who met our so-called vigorous employees had 16% higher performance than all employees (according to their manager), and their burnout rate was 125% lower than that of their peers (according to their own words). Their loyalty to the organization is 32%, and their job satisfaction is 46% higher. Why should I persist in doing this job? And only vitality - even if you enjoy the sense of achievement that your job brings, it will slowly fade away: if work does not give you the opportunity to learn, then you just keep repeating the same thing.
The combination of vitality and learning will create employees who have both the effectiveness and the ability to grow. Their work has been effective, not only because they have successfully completed what the company expects them to do today, but also because they understand their direction and the way forward. In short, they are full of vitality, and the energy they create will be transmitted to others.
