Lin Guangxing believes that the development of the knitting industry can be divided into 3 stages: first, digitalization, pformation of information such as production, products and so on, so that it can be easily collected, stored, processed and distributed. Next is networking, network link production and marketing, information sharing, and strengthening industrial interaction.
Finally, it is intelligent, using the Internet of things and big data to achieve remote control, improve efficiency and reduce employment.
In Lin Guangxing's view, there are problems in the development of informatization from junior to senior level in our country, such as software development lag, lack of R & D integration, misunderstandings in knowledge, lack of sharing of resources, difficulty in information symmetry, and lack of comprehensive analysis. The promotion of intellectualization in the industry is a new topic. Some large enterprises have gained successful experience, but most enterprises are still in partial application stage.
Jiang Gaoming, director of the knitting Specialized Committee of the China Textile Engineering Society and professor of Jiangnan University, believe that the knitting industry is facing some challenges. Firstly, traditional knitting production technology is difficult to support huge data processing. Secondly, how to pform massive data into effective services for customers is a realistic bottleneck for realizing intelligent production and building intelligent factories.
With the continuous progress of the integration of industrialization and informatization in China, China's knitting enterprises must actively explore the construction of demonstration production lines for knitting products, realize the integration of production, storage and e-commerce, and realize the pformation, upgrading and sustainable development of the entire knitting industry chain.
Jiang Gaoming said that in the aspect of improving the quality, the current international market demand is shrinking, and the requirements for the safety and quality of export products are becoming stricter. Knitting enterprises must speed up the popularization and application of real-time monitoring technology and conduct the whole process monitoring of the whole production process of the products.
In terms of cost reduction, the labor wage level of knitting enterprises has increased by a relatively fast rate, reaching about 15%. Enterprises have adopted information technology to strengthen the field management of labor posts and staff performance appraisal. They have received great attention by improving management efficiency, reducing manpower and management costs, and MES's performance management.
In terms of energy conservation and emission reduction, energy conservation and emission reduction both have mandatory provisions of national policies and regulations, and there are also internal competitive pressures in the knitting industry. The state has accelerated the process of building a resource conserving and environment-friendly society, and has increasingly strict requirements for environmental pollution discharge by enterprises.
