At the end of this phase, the factory put forward more than 80 improvement suggestions on technology and management according to what he saw and heard.
According to the introduction, the learning class is divided into two stages: laboratory and factory workshop.
The first phase lasted for 15 days. The graduate students received intensive intensive training at the leather and protein Laboratory of Yantai University.
Design
The three batch of leather products were produced by ourselves, and innovative experiments were carried out.
The second phase, which lasted for 15 days, was carried out in the production workshop of tanning enterprises, so that postgraduates could work side by side with the front-line workers in the roaring of machines, so as to improve their practical ability.
The instructor of the worker's instructor handles the technology with his hands, and uses the gap between production and after class to teach the students.
