    However, there are many problems in siro spinning during the production process, such as large fiber loss, more details of yarn, more labor, large cost of pformation, and hard feeling after weaving.

    In order to solve these problems, we start with changing the roving feeding mode, and try two kinds of roving feeding methods for roving cross twisting and roving twisting respectively, which have achieved good results.


    Siro spun yarn detail and low output

    Siro yarn has a special structure style. Its surface fibers are tightly arranged, hairless, strong and wear resistant. The fabric is clean and resilient, but there are some problems in the production process.

    Fiber loss is large and yarn details are numerous.

    Because two roving parallel feeding, large spacing, resulting in large twisting triangle spinning, poor twist pmission, especially smaller varieties of twist will cause more escape fiber.

    Compared with the spinning rate of 0.8% to 1% of ordinary spinning, the siro spinning is 1.6% to 1.8%, and the fiber consumption is high and the production cost is high.

    At the same time, escape fiber also causes more details of yarn, hard handle of cotton yarn and limited application.

    Since the roving of the conventional siro spinning after each roving draft is first added with a certain twist, and then put together and twisted into yarn, the twisting of the Ne Sajyou and the composite yarns is the same, resulting in the same twisting phenomenon. Therefore, the hardness of the cotton yarn is larger, especially that of some synthetic fiber blended fabrics.

    In addition, the same twist phenomenon of yarn leads to greater internal stress and is not easy to eliminate.

    When used for knitting, the plain fabric is prone to twist, and the knitted fabric can easily produce the quality problems such as twisting and unevenness. So the traditional siro spinning has some limitations in the application of knitted fabric.

    Fine yarn is difficult to produce and low output.

    Because the fibrous pieces of the front roller of the siro spinning yarn are divided into two parts, compared with the traditional spinning, when the finer varieties are spun, the fibrous pieces are thinner and easy to break.

    At the same time, the two bar spacing is large, the twisting triangle area is large, the yarn length of the weak twisting area is longer, and the chance of the bar fracture is increased. If the spinning with low strength fiber is used, the breakage rate is high in the production process, resulting in low efficiency, slow speed and low output in production.

    When spinning the same varieties, siro spinning is less than 10% of the traditional spinning output.

    The cost of pformation is high and the cost of employment is high.

    Because of the doubling of roving required in spinning process, the lifting and ingots of the spinning frame have multiplied, and the cost per 10000 ingot will be up to more than ten million yuan.

    The number of Roving Doubling increases the complexity of the truck operation, increases the difficulty of the stands, increases the number of workers, and makes it difficult to alter the varieties, roving the raw materials, and wasting raw materials.

    In addition, the spinning process of the yarn horn is small, the cots wear is large, the grinding cycle is short, and the loss is large, which increases the production cost.

    Cross twist feeding yarn quality is high, hairiness is slightly worse.

    In order to solve the above problems, we start with changing the roving feeding mode, and try two kinds of roving feeding methods for roving cross twisting and roving twisting respectively, and have achieved certain results.

    The roving cross twisting feeding is to feed the roving of two parallel roving frames in siro spinning, then twist them together in the drafting area after the spinning, and then feed them into the front zone drafting.

    When the roving ends are twisted together in the drafting area of the spinning yarns, they enter the front drafting area. When they reach the middle roller position, the roving strips twisted together under the action of pressure are divided into two parts. However, they are controlled by the twisting intersecting point in the back zone. At this time, the separation distance between two roving is very small, only 1~2 mm, and the distance between the roving strips of 5 mm above the traditional siro spinning is obviously reduced.

    In the former drafting area to the twisting triangle area, the two yarn bar keeps a small spacing state, so the width and length of the twisting triangle area are obviously reduced, and the twist is easy to pass. After the roller is pulled out, the bar must be twisted back and bound, and the escape fiber will be less, which will help to improve the yarn quality.

    Compared with traditional siro spinning, siro spinning with roving cross twisting feeding has the following advantages: first, less escape fiber and less wind suction rate of spinning.

    The details of the yarn are reduced and the evenness is improved.

    The windblown flower rate of JC/T60/4018.4tex Siro yarn measured by roving cross twisting feeding method is reduced from 1.6% to 1.8% of traditional siro spinning to 1% to 1.2%.

    The siro spinning can increase 10% faster than traditional siro spinning spindle and reduce the breakage by more than 10%. As the twist can be reduced properly, the total output can be increased by more than 12%, and the strength of the spinning fiber is lower than that of the variety.

    JC/T60/4018.4tex yarn was spun in 3 ways, namely, traditional roving single feeding, siro spinning double roving parallel feeding and cross twisting feeding. The twist direction of roving cross twisting feeding mode is Z direction.

    The yarn quality of 3 feeding modes is compared, and the results are shown in Table 1.

    It can be seen from the comparison that the yarn quality of the double roving cross roving feeding method of siro spinning has been further improved compared with the double roving parallel feeding mode, but both of them have obvious advantages over the traditional single roving feeding yarn quality.

    The siro spinning with roving cross twisting feeding mode has played a complementary role to the coarse details of the yarn.

    After the roving twist, the distance between two roving bars in the twisting triangle area is reduced, and the escape fiber is reduced, which not only improves the evenness, but also improves the index of long segment sliver.

    These indexes have a significant effect on the evenness of cloth surface, especially for the knitted single sided plain bleached cloth with high quality requirements.

    From the yarn hairiness, the twist feeding was slightly increased compared with the traditional parallel feeding, mainly because the distance between two roving whiskers in the twisting triangle area was reduced, and the hairiness of the yarn was weakened, but its 3 millimeter harmful hairiness was still significantly lower than that of the single feed yarn.

    From the above analysis, we can see that compared with traditional Siro yarns, rosaway yarn with roving cross twisting feeding mode has the advantages of less escape fiber, less yarn detail and breakage, higher yield, softer cloth feel, smaller twist and less loss of cots.

    But its hairiness is slightly worse, and its yarn style has weakened and its strength has also been reduced.

    Compared with conventional yarns, it has many advantages, such as good yarn quality and less hairiness. It can be applied to high quality knitting yarn.

    Roving twist feeding equipment needs no modification and less labor.

    Roving twisting feed is to roving two roving into a roving in roving process, then spinning in the spinning process according to the traditional roving feeding method.

    Because the twist of roving is small and the structure is still loose, the roving will be decomposed into two pieces in the twisting triangle area after the twisting and drawing of the back zone drafting and the middle roller pressure. The distance between them is smaller, the twist triangle area is also smaller, and the escape fibers in the spinning process are less.

    In addition, yarn hairiness is also less due to the two yarns wrapped in the twisting process.

    From the perspective of yarn forming mechanism, roving twisting feeding is basically the same as twisting feeding.

    Therefore, the Siro yarn not only has the advantage of roving twisting feeding Siro yarn, but also is better in some aspects.

    For example, because of the distance between roving strips and smaller twisting triangles, the escape fiber is less, the measured yarn suction rate is only 0.8% to 1%, the yarn details are less, the cotton gauze feels softer, the cloth twist is smaller and the strip is better.

    C/T75/2518.4tex yarn was spun by single roving of traditional roving, double roving cross twisting feeding and twisting feeding with Siro spinning. The twist direction of cross twist feeding is Z direction.

    The yarn quality of 3 feeding methods is compared, and the results are shown in Table 2.

    According to the data comparison, the yarn quality of two ways of roving twisting feeding and roving cross twisting feeding is obviously better than that of traditional single roving feeding, such as dry CV value, regular yarn defect, long segment dry CV value and offset DR value.

    Roving twist feeding is superior to roving cross twist feeding.

    The reason is that the twisting feeding mode keeps the complement of the roving yarn and the coarse and fine joints. The spacing between the two pieces after twisting and twisting is smaller, which helps to improve the evenness and regular yarn defects. Because of less escape fiber, it is advantageous to reduce the offset DR value. Although the coating effect is slightly worse than that of the twisted feed and traditional parallel feeding, the yarn Mao Yu is still significantly less than the conventional yarn.

    For blended yarns, roving twisting and feeding can make the fiber mix more uniform and the blending ratio more stable, which can reduce the chromatic aberration caused by the fluctuation of blending ratio.

    Therefore, compared with other siro spinning, the roving twisting feeding method has less work for siro spinning yarn, and it does not require equipment pformation, but also has advantages in product quality, output, production cost and handle.

    Compared with conventional yarn, it has many advantages, such as good strip, uniform mixing and less hairiness, so it is suitable for knitting yarn with high quality requirement.

    For ordinary medium fine count yarns, it is advisable to have a single roving quantitative control below 380tex and a total quantitative control below 760tex; the roving twist factor should be slightly larger than the conventional roving.

    When roving twist factor is too small, roving sliver will become worse. Too much yarn will not be able to draft normally.

    It is worth noticing that when the roving quantity and twist factor are too large, the roving yarn will be loosened and floated easily when the roving is unwinding in the spinning process due to the larger roving hardness and the more smooth surface.

    Therefore, attention should be paid to avoiding this problem in actual production.

    In addition, the roving speed and the front roller speed should be on the low side because the total roving size is small and the twist is small after two roving twists. Otherwise, it will cause breakage and difficult to produce smoothly.

    Care should also be taken in the operation of doffing heads and broken yarn joints, so as not to produce details.

    The cradle pressure of the spinning process should be increased appropriately, and the distance between the jaws is small.

    The practice results show that roving cross twisting feeding and roving twisting feeding methods have achieved good results, which can better solve the traditional siro spinning problem, but at the same time, there are also some problems such as the weakening of yarn style, strength and the improvement of Mao Yu index.

    In actual production, enterprises can reasonably select the appropriate roving feeding mode according to the product's use and quality requirements.
