For inclusive growth, Li Wentao, associate professor of APEC research center of Nankai University, explained:

Li Wentao: in the Asia Pacific region, the balance between different economies is not very balanced.

Inclusive growth, in particular, needs to encourage those poor and vulnerable groups to share the benefits brought by economic growth and social development.
