Summit Forum understands that a research report on China's latest textile industry is officially released in Guangzhou.
The report points out that China's textile enterprises are generally facing diversified challenges such as rising costs, increasing market competition and shortage of funds. Over 30% of the textile enterprises in China are facing the problem of electric shock, and over 50% of enterprises think there is a surplus capacity.
It is understood that the "China weaving and Guangzhou value" textile industry research report was released by Guangzhou International Textile City and Caixin media. The report is based on the in-depth study of 1268 Chinese textile enterprises in 31 cities nationwide in July this year. It refers to analyzing the fundamental trend of the development of the industry, the plight of enterprises and the opportunities that have emerged, and explores the feasible pformation route of the textile industry in the future.

The impact of circulation enterprises is weak in independent innovation capability.
The report points out that, whether production enterprises or circulation enterprises, Chinese textile enterprises are generally facing three problems of rising costs, increasing market competition and shortage of funds, among which over 40% of the textile enterprises in China are faced with a shortage of funds.
According to the survey results, as e-commerce gradually penetrated into various industries, 33.6% of the national textile circulation enterprises are facing the problem of electric shock.
And 29% of the production enterprises are facing major challenges in the energy saving and emission reduction targets.
This year, the downward pressure on China's economy is still increasing, and domestic demand is decreasing.
Excess production capacity
The problem of increasing inventory has become increasingly prominent.
57.6% of the textile enterprises in the country believe that there is a surplus capacity, and 56.2% of textile production enterprises believe that the weak ability of independent innovation is the main reason for overcapacity.

69.8% of enterprises invested only in 0%-5% for brand promotion.
Therefore, textile enterprises in Guangzhou still have great room for development in brand strategy.
