In November 6, 2008, when the Prime Minister of Iceland declared bankruptcy, Chen Weidong also suffered the biggest life in Waterloo. The exhaustion of partners in Iceland caused the company to choose to transfer, and he had to give up his start-up business.
However, stubborn Chen Weidong was unwilling to give up. He chose to start his business again.
In 2010, he worked with Huajian group, the largest female shoe manufacturer in China, to set up second Chinese standard technologies that are committed to the standardization of footwear. At the same time, he served as general manager and small shareholder. However, after a series of ups and downs on the road of entrepreneurship, Chen Weidong, a small shareholder, chose to leave again.
It was not until the third time that he founded Chi Chi technology and got the recognition of angel investors that Chen Weidong saw the light and hope.

He told reporters, "although China is a big country of footwear production and consumption, so far, there are very few footwear enterprises that use standardized and automated production except for some sports shoes. The main reasons are:
