Agent Provocateur Insider Sales Rose 36% Only Underwear Not Broken

The 2013/2014 financial year ended March 29, 2014, driven by a 7% increase in the same store sales, the British luxury underwear.

In the 2013/2014 fiscal year ending March 29, 2014, the Agent Provocateur insider EBITDA grew by 54.8% to 9 million 600 thousand pounds, and the EBITDA profit margin increased by 200 basis points to 18%.

Agent Provocateur has been developing rapidly in recent years. In July of this year, it was rumoured that the private equity fund company 3I Group PLC (III.L) had been probing into the investment banks, including Goldman Sachs Goldman Sachs and Rothschild Rothschild bank, and plans to auction the British luxury interior brand Agent Provocateur 3I, the brand now valued at more than 200 million pounds.

3I Group PLC bought Agent Provocateur majority in 2007 for 60 million pounds.

At present, Agent Provocateur co-founder and designer Vivienne Westwood's Joseph Corr e still retain a minority stake in the brand.
