At present, H&M has achieved 100% renewable energy utilization in all renewable energy markets. This also means that 80% of H&M's energy use in the world comes from renewable resources.
At the same time, H&M increased the proportion of cotton from more sustainable sources, accounting for 31% of the total cotton usage.
The goal of H&M is to use all cotton from more sustainable sources as of 2020.
