2015 Annual Electricity Supplier Report: Music, HUAWEI, And Millet Become Top Three Complaints
Recently, the China Electronic Commerce Research Center released the "2015 China e-commerce user experience and complaints monitoring report". In the annual report of the hot brand e-commerce complaints list published, the music, millet and HUAWEI became the hotspots for users to complain about the top three brands of brand electric business.
According to China's e-commerce complaints and rights protection public service platform monitoring data show that music (46.79%), millet (24.36%), HUAWEI (21.13%) become a hot consumer complaints before the top three brands of brand electric business, of which the proportion of the largest proportion of complaints, the proportion of other brands of e-commerce complaints accounted for 7.72%.
The report said that music, millet, HUAWEI, cool, hammer, van Kee pin and other independent brand electric providers, the music as the "9.19 delivery door" incident by thousands of users complain, become the most user complaints of brand electric business, and millet, HUAWEI because of its quality, after sale and other problems, in its independent platform and other channels of the brand product sales, users complain more, accounting for second, third place respectively.
In September 19, 2015, music as the mall to carry out the "black 919 fans Festival", the activity is "super TV, super cell phone down 500 yuan, all day channel spot purchase open."
On that day, a large number of consumers ordered the event merchandise through music as the official website of the mall. Music promised to deliver the goods within one week after payment.
However, some consumers said that after purchasing the order, the music did not fulfill their obligations according to the agreement, failed to deliver the goods on time, or that the TV models purchased by consumers were not available and shipped on other models.
In the end, 33 consumers filed a lawsuit for music because they thought they did not perform the contract according to the contract and their behavior constituted fraud.
In November 26th, the people's Court of Chaoyang District of Beijing accepted the case.
"The ten worst user experience of retail business in 2015" is Taobao / Tmall (C2C Mart sellers and brand sellers), ICBC's e purchase, music vision, millet, interest staging, Dangdang, vip.com, Gome online, NetEase koala shopping, Beibei network.
And suning.com, Jingdong, honey buds, jumei.com, Amazon China, beauty, shop No. 1, staged music, Fung Chi Hai Tao, mogujie.com ten mainstream online retailers have better user experience, ranking the 2015 user satisfaction TOP10 retail business.
Data show that self catering + platform type of electricity supplier user satisfaction is relatively high, such as suning.com, Jingdong, jumei.com, Amazon China and other electricity providers, and its direct control of products are inseparable.
