Since the recruitment meeting was held this spring, the staff have investigated and consulted more than 480 enterprises and institutions in the whole city, and solicited opinions.

From this year's recruitment meeting, the effect of regional linkage recruitment is obvious.
First, the posts offered by some advantageous enterprises and institutions in the Yellow River, Golden Triangle, Sanmenxia, Jiyuan and Weinan have attracted the job seekers of relatively neighboring Yuanqu, Pinglu, Ruicheng, Saline Lake and other counties (cities and districts).
Two, the teachers' posts offered by Xinjiang Jiashi and Shache counties with favorable conditions and favorable conditions attract a large number of normal graduates.
Two days of recruitment meeting, three provinces and four cities participated in 13 units, signed 96 employment intentions, Xinjiang Jiashi County signed an employment agreement 111 people, Shache County signed an employment agreement 80 people.

From the first job fairs, there are 10256 job openers, 25869 job seekers and a supply and demand ratio of 1:2.5, reaching 6573 jobs, accounting for 25.4% of the number of job seekers.
According to the current situation, the city's talent center needs further publicity efforts to fully promote employment.
