The announcement shows that Anta's wholly-owned subsidiary ANDES, DGR, Itou Tada, Desanto and Japan have entered into a joint venture agreement with the company to establish a joint venture. They are solely engaged in designing and purchasing all kinds of commodities under the "Descente" brand or affiliated brand in China, and all product businesses that make "Descente" brand inside and outside China.
Anta said that the multi brand strategy is one of the important strategies Anta has taken to fully grasp the Chinese market.
The signing of the joint venture agreement will widen Anta's business in China's high-end sports apparel market, thereby enhancing Anta's profitability and helping Anta to develop its overall business in the future.

It is understood that the initial capital injection of the joint venture company is 250 million yuan. According to the joint venture agreement, ANDES, DGR and Itochu provide initial capital stock for the joint venture company, with a total investment of RMB 150 million yuan, 75 million yuan and 25 million yuan, respectively, accounting for 60%, 30% and 10% equity of the joint venture.
"Descente" is a famous sports apparel brand in Japan, which is the flagship skiing product.
The industry believes that the Anta joint venture to create ski outdoor brand is a further extension of the product line, and can get higher profits by entering high-end products.
