Among them, the outdoor business group achieved operating income of 1 billion 807 million yuan, net profit of 287 million yuan, and the travel business group achieved a business income of 2 billion 4 million yuan, belonging to the parent company's net profit of -2285.57 million yuan.
In addition, in the first quarter of 2016, the Pathfinder achieved a total revenue of 514 million yuan, an increase of 33.87% over the same period, and a net profit of 72 million yuan attributable to shareholders of listed companies, a decrease of 23.90% compared to the same period last year.
It is understood that the Pathfinder currently owns 19 holding companies, namely, the travel business group, the outdoor business group and the sports business group. The tourism group includes Beijing polar beauty travel agency Limited (investment 39 million, holding 56.52%) and Yi You World International Travel Service (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (investing 230 million yuan, holding 74.56%).
Pathfinder holding group Limited by Share Ltd was established in January 1999 and listed on the Shanghai stock exchange in October 30, 2009. The controlling shareholder and the actual control per capita are the chairman of the Pathfinder, Sheng Faqiang (28.71%), Mr. Wang Jing (10.43%), and the two share 39.14%.

Explorer's main business
In 2015, Pathfinder effectively promoted the construction of Pathfinder outdoor ecological community, initially established the strategic business layout of outdoor products, travel service and big sports three major business groups, and the company name changed from "Beijing Toread Outdoor Products Co" to "Pathfinder holding group Limited by Share Ltd".
The outdoor business group is the cornerstone business of the Pathfinder group at the present stage. It mainly focuses on research and design, operation management and sales of multi brand outdoor products business. It has outdoor professional brand Pathfinder (Toread) who specializes in mountaineering and hiking. It focuses on the Discovery Expedition brand in the field of self driving, off-road and outdoor leisure, and the ACANU brand, which focuses on outdoor riding. Beijing arkeno outdoor products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "arkenno"), focusing on market development and operation of outdoor sports such as riding, etc., achieved sales revenue of 29 million 742 thousand and 100 yuan in 2015, an increase of 65.38% over the same period last year.
The outdoor riding brand ACANU starts with the promotion of College Students' riding culture, and continues to strengthen the public relations communication to the outdoor riding crowd. The easy travel world is the main source of revenue for the travel business group. In July 2015, it began to incorporate the scope of the Explorer merger. The contribution to the Pathfinder's operating income during the reporting period was 1 billion 958 million yuan.
Yi you world is a O2O integrated service provider locating in travel. It builds a O2O integrated travel service platform based on the travel service entrance, and forms collaboration with other business units such as the green field to consolidate the Pathfinder's construction and layout in the travel business sector.
During the reporting period, the ETS tourism trading platform of Yi you world has completed the upgrading and pformation work, strengthened the platform to provide users with experience of travel service products, and further upgraded the business model of its original "tourism service platform + offline distribution store", and gradually expanded the mode of "tourism integrated platform + travel planners + offline large experiential shops". During the reporting period, the world has recruited more than 1000 high-quality planners. In the mass tourism products, Yi can actively expand cooperation opportunities with suppliers, adding more than 100 new supplier products annually, and more than 4600 of the sales of tourist products.

In December 2015, Pathfinder signed a "investment intention agreement" with Limited by Share Ltd, Beijing's knowledge discovery culture development (Limited by Share Ltd). The Pathfinder increased capital by knowing all the shares of the United States. After the capital increase, the Explorer will hold about 21% stake in the Bank of China.
The main business is cultural events and cultural education.
