On the 20 day, the IPO application was submitted to the SFC, which is expected to be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's gem. It is expected to issue 41 million shares, which will account for no less than 25% of the total share capital issued.
If the listing is successful, it will become the first brand of Amoy brand.
In its prospectus, the company reported that its main business revenue has declined for three consecutive years. From 2013 to 2015, its revenues were 688 million 81 thousand and 600 yuan, 579 million 308 thousand yuan and 546 million 428 thousand and 300 yuan respectively. Net profit was 70 million 469 thousand yuan, -421.45 yuan and 31 million 644 thousand and 900 yuan respectively, and net profit after deducting non recurrent losses was 69 million 692 thousand and 100 yuan, 16 million 268 thousand and 900 yuan, 32 million 162 thousand and 100 yuan respectively.
Through the fund-raising, the company plans to invest 70 million yuan to open 15 offline stores in 2 years. Among them, 3 flagship shops of 1000 square meters are set up in the core business circle of Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou, and 12 80~120 outlets are set up in the core business circle of the second tier cities of the first tier cities and the second tier cities with strong consumption.
At present, the controlling shareholders of Tang and Xianfeng, Tang Xiaofeng, Ceng Huayong, Xiang Feng and Jingwei are holding more than 10% respectively.
In addition, Tang Xianfeng holds a 61.86% stake in Tianjin's heart and material goods, and Tang Xiao Feng holds 71.07% of Tianjin's heart goods. Zeng Hua Yong holds 94.60% of Tianjin's angel city.

It is reported that the brands under the flag covered the men's clothing, women's clothes, children's clothes, bags and other categories, "silk", "where", "the city of angels", "Lady Angel", "Lotus can", "not in the pool", "Silk children's clothing", "angel city kids", "rice" and so on relative to the front.
According to the distribution of online channels, the main sales channels are concentrated in Tmall, vip.com and Jingdong.
