In the process, there is still a lot of challenges in the after-sales service of cross border electricity providers. In fact, the model described by the buyers is the cross-border O2O experience model encouraged by the Beijing municipal government at present.
In September last year, the Beijing municipal government issued the "implementation plan for the comprehensive opening of services in Beijing". It said that it would improve the operation management mode of cross-border electricity providers from the following aspects: promoting online and offline (O2O) direct purchase experience stores, and so on.
