Innovation In Supply Chain Chemicals Management Is Taking Action

The Federation of industry and the ZDHC foundation signed a strategic agreement to jointly promote the implementation of the 2020 action plan for the supply chain chemicals management innovation and the 2020 zero emission project of the ZDHC foundation.

To this end, the China Textile Industry Federation and the ZDHC Foundation jointly invite qualified textiles.

Enterprises and industrial parks participate in chemical management investigation, capacity building and ZDHC pioneer pilot work.

And in July 20th, in Shengze Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou, Jiangsu, the second member activity of the 2016 implementation of the "2020 of the supply chain chemicals management innovation program" and the 2016 "green manufacturing" industrial innovation alliance of textile supply chain were held.

The ZDHC foundation of the partnership is committed to eliminating harmful chemicals from the global value chain.

"The main purpose of ZDHC is to spin textiles.

The key chemicals in the production process of enterprises are looking for alternatives to reduce pollutant emissions, but this work can not be fully promoted only by the foundation. Therefore, we need more relevant supply chain enterprises to unite, which is also the main purpose of our conference.

"ZDHC foundation Asia Director Lin Li said.

"Today, chemical control has gradually reflected the role of different social responsibilities from the initial three wastes disposal, and China's textile and clothing chemicals have always been classified at high risk. Therefore, exploring how to control chemicals is an important aspect affecting the development of China's textile industry."

Yan Yan said, "therefore, the 2020 action plan for the innovation of supply chain chemicals management should be achieved from five aspects: first, organizing stakeholders to participate; we formed a strategic committee and Resource Committee; two, innovative collaboration, multi-level and multi platform production chain collaboration, breaking the geographical restrictions; three, capacity-building, joint development of capacity building systems, such as promoting the development of relevant teaching materials; four, information exchange; we developed a textile chemical environmental impact improvement exchange system, and strive to build a global supply chain management and control platform; five is standard integration, and China's standard system is more and more complicated. We will continue to promote standard dialogue and coordination, hoping to get the cooperation of all sectors of society.

Strict and comprehensive system construction will become a strong backing for action and make the best efforts of China Textile Industry Federation to achieve the ultimate goal of 2020.

The detailed introduction of a number of authoritative personages and action leaders has arranged the main idea of the action for many of the representatives of the enterprises. Subsequently, Hu Li and deputy director of the China Federation of textile industry social responsibility office Hu Ke HUAWEI introduced the way to participate in the operation and the main responsibilities of the participating enterprises.

In the afternoon, a pilot meeting of ZDHC pioneer suppliers was also held. Enterprises that had already participated in the operation explored the practical way to promote the action.
