    Interviewer: what do you think is the reason for management confusion?

    Wang Kai Xin: when I first started my business, I only focused on products and operations. As a result, when the rapid expansion of more than 80 people, the most basic management was not able to keep up, and the personnel crisis began to break out. At that time, I had some reflection.

    Because of this, the following series of problems have been triggered. Although these people are good at doing things and doing things in practice, they are not the most suitable ones to understand the magic department stores.

    Therefore, there is no way. In the end, we can only make substantial layoffs.

    Wang Kai Xin: at that time, we recruited many traditional supply chain people.

    Wang Kai Xin: before the supply chain department's 5 employees, many from the traditional supply chain, when dealing with some emerging suppliers of the Internet platform, there are many problems, because many of the magic department stores sell products of two yuan, so a considerable proportion of suppliers are 90, and our employees from the traditional supply chain are mainly 80 or 70. They are used to making phone calls or interviews, because the age difference between the two sides is relatively difficult to deal with.

    On the other hand, for small start-ups like ours, we must master some things such as procurement, negotiation, accounting, settlement, and even maintenance and operation.

    Our supply chain departments have not had any dealings with accounts or accountants before, especially the settlement accounts, which are not always good for us, because we are not good at it, resulting in many arrears of payments and delays in delivery, which greatly affect the user experience.

    Wang Kai Xin: No.

    Next, the company will separate the two businesses separately, and the supply chain business will break even. It may find a new responsible person. He will take charge of the business instead of me if he understands the supply chain and Internet experience. My focus will be on the new product, the direction is for the young people after 95, the new product has business targets, and the goal is to achieve ten million users and two million and five hundred thousand DAU.

    Wang Kaixin: No, because this battle is in business.

    If there is no layoffs, it may only last three months.

    Reporter: just now, when it comes to layoffs, there will be some cash pressure on compensation. Is there any pressure on the cash flow now?

    Wang Kai Xin: we have almost half the cash flow.

    If we did not lay off staff, we would lose nearly 2 million per month according to the size of personnel, rent, administration and procurement at the time, and we would go bankrupt in almost three months.

    Reporter: what will be the next way to recruit people?

    Wang Kai Xin: we are at the very early stage. Before we started financing, many people came to pay a high salary. But now we can not get a high salary, but the company will take some equity incentive or bonus methods to tie all departments to a single ship.

    The people who are willing to come to the magic department store are certainly not for high salaries. At this stage of his life, he must love the business of magic department stores.

    Reporter: what is your initial intention of starting a business?

    Wang Kai Xin: it is for the service after 95, the future wants to do things that can cover this group's necessities of life.

    And then to do business, it is definitely to make money, realize the profit of commercial value, and become a great enterprise.

    Reporter: after I am a unicorn, you are burning at once. How do you feel?

    Wang Kaixin: I will be a little bit drifting. I feel like I am boundless. No matter after 90, or after 80, after 70, any one person, you think, a 17 year old child suddenly took about ten million, what will happen to her?

    Interviewer: do you think your "95 after" label is a good thing for you?

    Wang Kaixin: the labels on me, on the one hand, may attract me lots of resources at this stage. Maybe I only need 10 points to get 100 points of resources and connections. This tag has such an effect.

    But in the long run, I may experience difficulties and obstacles of other entrepreneurs.

    Because I had been very successful before, but 99.9% of entrepreneurs in China did not have such an opportunity. They must have been eating a lot of hardships, or even failed in entrepreneurship for four or five years.

    For me, it is a short-term explosive force, but in the long run, in real capacity and ability to do things, those who really eat hard and really do solid work are stronger than me. I have to learn and do something more practical.

    Reporter: do you enjoy the attention that labels bring to you?

    Wang Kai Xin: the public is starting to focus on my personal concerns, focusing on my labels than my company.

    The way I enjoy it is not the time to get high up every day. What I enjoy is that I can learn fast, fall and climb quickly.

    In fact, such labels will give me a little bit of pressure.

    But after being stepped on this time, I had no pressure.

    When your aura is brightest, you have a lot of pressure, because you are afraid of losing this aura at any time. When you lose this aura, you feel relieved, because there will be nothing worse than this.

    Now I feel that I have lost a burden and can make us do the product steadfastly.

    Reporter: do you feel stressed when carrying so many negative news at this age?

    Wang Kaixin: I think this incident is a very good life experience for me. I don't think it is very painful. I am still very strong. It is a learning opportunity for me. After all, it is rare to be devalued by others, being scolded, and I have never experienced any kind of thing before.

    Once leaving society or even leaving the media, it is difficult to spread his influence.

    In such a fast-paced environment of the Internet, it is easy to be replaced by others. Every company needs to constantly expose and ferment.

    Reporter: what is the current media interview with you?

    Wang Kaixin: the media has been rejected by me. The media now wants to overspend me.

    Reporter: is there a PR Officer in the company?

    Wang Kai Xin: No, I do public relations.

    I don't think public relations is a necessary position for the company at this stage.

    Reporter: have you ever thought about how to enhance the image of the company next?

    Wang Kai Xin: before we make any achievements, I will not go to improve my company's image very much.

    Even if you want to do public relations, it is also around the company's business and operation.

    For example, miraculous department store turnover and orders increase to an important node, we will do public relations.

    We will do public relations around the operation and do everything around our performance. This is actually the most practical pr.

    My personal PR may not be too much.

    Wang Kai Xin: at that time, I felt that I had gained knowledge and pattern in one year of entrepreneurship, and even that I got my career, because I met many people, and I got 100 points with my own 10 points of effort.

    However, the pattern of a person is not necessarily similar to her abilities. The pattern and ability I have at that time are very different.

    Reporter: so how do you plan to improve your weaknesses in every aspect?

    Wang Kaixin: I think of two ways. One is to work hard to deal with all the company's affairs and contact more people.

    It's better to find a few teachers and learn from their rear ends.

    And then read.

    Now I will read some books about finance and company management, and even I want to learn a little bit about accounting, company law, contract law and so on, and really study some of the most popular things.

    I didn't care about these things before, and I would think, "what are these ghosts? I don't want to see them."

    Before I would feel that these things make me laugh too much, these are things that finance and HR should learn, not what CEO should learn.

    But now I think this knowledge is quite meaningful.

    Interviewer: what do you do every day?

    Wang Kai Xin: work and read.

    Reporter: like you do business every day, do you envy people of your age that you have plenty of time to enjoy love or to play?

    Wang Kai Xin: you can also play games, read books, read comics, and even fall in love.

    Reporter: are you in love now?

    Wang Kaixin: I don't have it now.
