First of all, the urgent need to solve the problem is that the current cotton reserves are less.

It is suggested to suspend the production of non textile production enterprises. Some cotton textile enterprises do not stock much cotton for various reasons. It is suggested that cotton reserves should continue to be put into operation in 9-10 months, or the storage should be normalized, so as to alleviate the problem of cotton use in enterprises, clarify policies as soon as possible, and mobilize all parties' strength to increase the daily turnover to 50 thousand tons.
