    In order to ensure the successful completion of training and return to work on time, the two parties have made the following agreements:

    First, the company agreed to Party B to study the major, the study period from the date of the year to the day of the year, for a period of time.

    Two, Party B should attend the school or professional school appointed by Party A or Party A.

    Violation of discipline

    Eight, Party B's tuition, book fees, research fees, internship fees, boarding costs, lodging fees, and pportation expenses of the company from back to and forth during the training period will be borne by Party A in full.

    Nine, if Party B resigns during training, he shall pay to Party A 2.5 times the total cost of training and study.

    Ten, after the end of training, Party B shall work for 5 years in Party A.

    If a party resign within one year, Party A should pay 80% of the training fee to Party A. if the resignation within two years, Party A should pay the company's burden.

    Training cost

    60%, if the resignation within three years should be paid to Party A, the company should bear 40% of the training cost; if four years of resignation, Party A should pay the training fee 20% to the company, and five years later, the training fee will be exempted.

    Eleven, during the training period, Party A will provide Party B with RMB yuan per month.

    In the course of training and study, Party B accepts the investigation or arrangement arranged by Party A, and the travel expenses are paid according to the staff travel rules.

    If Party B fails to go back to school or study in an amateur activity beyond the scope of study or unauthorized changes in training orientation and content, the guarantor of Party B shall bear all training and learning costs of Party B.
