Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region quality and Technology Supervision Bureau convened Xinjiang in 2016.

The video conference on quality supervision and notarization inspection was arranged to arrange the cotton quality supervision and supervision of cotton notarization in 2016.

The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Quality Supervision Bureau requires that all levels of quality supervision and inspection departments should make every effort to do well the cotton inspection work under the new situation.

Adhering to the combination of cotton quality supervision points, lines and planes, and severely combating all kinds of cotton quality violations, promoting the overall strengthening of the quality awareness of all links in the cotton industry, ensuring the basic stability of cotton quality in Xinjiang, and avoiding systematic, regional quality problems and major vicious cases of quality violations. Efforts should be made to improve the "turn around cotton" remediation efforts, strengthen liaison with the monitoring points, standardize the purchasing and processing behavior of cotton enterprises, guarantee the quality and safety of fibers, and promote self-discipline and maintenance of fibers in the light of routine cotton quality supervision and inspection.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the supervision and storage of cotton, we should make good efforts in notarization inspection, improve the inspection system and operation process of storage notarization, strengthen process management, ensure the quality of public inspection and improve the efficiency of inspection.

It is reported that Xinjiang carried out the pilot project of cotton target price reform in 2014.

In the past two years, the Xinjiang inspection department has carried forward the spirit of "nail nail" to carry out notarization inspection for more than 700 tons of supervision cotton, and the data of public inspection has become an indispensable quality data for checking cotton production, implementing subsidy policy and determining quality grade in Xinjiang. Especially, the mode of "professional warehouse supervision + certificate examination in the library" has been highly recognized by all parties.

Ahiti Rouzi, Party Secretary of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Fiber Inspection Bureau, said that in recent years, Xinjiang has accelerated the construction of the quality credit system of cotton and explored the implementation of the "integrity enterprise list" system, which has qualified quality assurance capabilities and sound quality management system.
