I. purpose of the competition

Four. Qualification of competitors
All domestic designers, design companies, studios, individual free designers, college teachers and students can engage in and love fashion design.
Participating enterprises and individuals can participate individually or jointly.
Five. Entries require:
1, entries should be a series of creative fashion works that match the theme of the competition (limited to 4-6 sets).
2, creative, artistic, cultural and industrial, not only to express the characteristics of the air pport industry, but also to display regional characteristics, but also to reflect the connotation of Chinese traditional culture.
3, entries must be original works, and the author must have ownership of the material used in the work.
It is innovative. It should not be identical with other signs, symbols and images. The entry behavior is the first publication of the competition authors, and the entries do not infringe the copyright of others. If there is any infringement, the participants shall bear all legal liabilities.
4. Once the entries are submitted, they can not change the names and designers of the works.
5. Once the entries are submitted, no more than one manuscript can be submitted.
6. No material, buttons, zippers, trademarks, etc. that are printed with enterprise logo shall be used in the final works.
7. The organizing committee will retain all rights to perform, publish and display awards and selected works.
In addition, all designers will be allowed to create and perform copyright photos and videos of the entries, and have the right to use any form to reproduce the photos and videos without paying any copyright fees to the contestants.
Six, design scope
The competition must include professional wear, spring, summer, autumn, winter and four seasons wear.
It can be divided into three major series: middle and top grade administrative occupation group, professional clothing group and professional tooling group.
Seven, work requirements (electronic version)
Please provide an electronic version of PPT or PDF for color effect picture. The paper requires 29.7 x 42cm (A3), reject large or too small works, and the accuracy of the picture export is no less than 150dpi.
4-6 sets for each series.
The contents of the electronic version include:
(1) personal information page (the name of the selected unit (institution), the name of the author, the detailed address, telephone, etc.).
Design theme page (need to label industry category);
(3) color description and fabric description page (please attach a scanning map of fabric sample);
(4) color rendering page (with design notes);
(5) flat style chart page (including the front view and back view, simple process instructions).
No personal data is allowed in the artwork.
Eight, achievements pformation
(1) the Organizing Committee of the Shanghai international professional wear Expo organizes an excellent organization to enter into the framework cooperation agreement with the relevant airlines, and guides the enterprises to carry out the results paction and the talent cooperation docking with the finalists, so as to promote the pformation of the works.
(two) all the selected entries will be included in the catalogue catalogue of the Shanghai international professional wear Expo.
Priority should be given to product patent applications, holders' entrepreneurship, enterprise financing, commodity and market docking, etc., so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and to make China's professional wear industry bigger and stronger.
Nine. Description of rights
In the selected works, the winners must sign the undertaking of pferring intellectual property rights and submit the source documents. After the competition committee pays the corresponding bonuses, it will be owned by the Organizing Committee and own the ownership of the work.
Including, but not limited to, intellectual property, use right, issue right, disposition right, and has the right to modify, combine and develop various applications.
Ten. Code of practice
(1) all contestants must be the lawful owners of the entries, with independent copyright, lawful use of picture materials and other materials, and assume corresponding legal responsibilities.
(two) prohibition of plagiarism or fraud is prohibited.
(three) entries shall not be pferred and licensed to any commercial unit other than the sponsor's unit during the competition period.
(four) the author owns the copyright of his works, and agrees that the organizers will publish and display the works and no longer pay the remuneration.
(five) the author keeps the original design (AI, CDR, PSD) with high accuracy, so that it can be provided to the organizer after selection.
(six) ask the author to leave his real name, contact number, ID card number, e-mail, and the manuscript will not be returned. Please keep the original manuscript.
(Note: the above personal data should not be included in the design of the electronic manuscript).

Eleven, competition procedure and time arrangement

Registration and delivery time from July 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017: the deadline for entries and entries will be up to January 31, 2017 (whichever is the postmark time).

From March 1, 2017 to March 20th, the entrants submitted a garment effect map: the finalists made the designer into the effect map of the garment (each one, the author's name, the author's idea) and the electronic version to the project@globaloue.com mailbox by March 20th.
March 21, 2017 - April 10th online voting: online voting is launched synchronously, and no malicious brush tickets are strictly prohibited. If found, once verified, all ballot will be cleared and disqualified.

April 20, 2017 finalists: the 30 sets of works selected in the preliminaries will be finalists in April 20, 2017, and the organizing committee will provide the show models.

In April 20, 2017, the final evaluation stage and the list of winners announced: the jury jury of the expert jury awarded the awards according to the final improvement plan of the finalists and the integration of online voting.
In order to improve the professionalism of the winning works, online voting scores accounted for only 20% of the final score, and the score of the judges accounted for 80%.
