The text number is composed of the original character, the year and the order number.
For example, "Guo Fa [2012] 12", "Guo Fa" is the representative year of the State Council organs, "2012" represents the year, and "12" is the order number of the document.
When making a joint passage, use the name of the organizer.
The dispatch number is arranged in the blank two line position under the sign of the issuing organ.
The character number of the ascending text is arranged in the left space and is in the same line with the last issuer's name.
Examination points:
(1) the order of the word generation, the year and the order number of the issuing organ must not be confused.
(2) a full name, such as 2012, should not be abbreviated as 12.
