Face three contradictions directly.

Coordinate three relationships, experience three pformations, and build three plates.

The textile industry development plan (2016 to 2020) put forward the three major positions, two major attributes and six major functions of China's textile industry, that is, the textile industry is a traditional pillar industry, an important livelihood industry and an industry that creates new advantages of internationalization. It is a combination of technology and fashion, consumption and industrial use. It plays an important role in beautifying people's life, enhancing cultural self-confidence, promoting related industries, stimulating domestic demand growth, promoting social harmony, and building ecological civilization.

Therefore, during the "13th Five-Year" period, the textile industry should coordinate three relationships based on the above contradictions and development status -- the relationship with the society, the relationship with the environment and the relationship with consumption.

Focusing on the above three relationships, the industry needs to make three changes, namely, the pformation from traditional industries or labor-intensive industries to the scientific and technological industries, green industries and fashion industries, and form the industrial structure of the "new three boards" of China's textile industry. Fashion, as the personality labeling of the future development of the industry, is the "aesthetic education" course that must be completed to lead the consumption trend and enhance cultural self-confidence. Technology is the first driving force for the future development of the industry. It is the "intelligence education" course that must be experienced in the pformation and upgrading of the industry and the strategic height of the industry. Manufacturing is the foundation for the future development of the industry and the "Sports" course that must consolidate the pillar position and promote social harmony.

Promoting six developments

The future of China's textile industry is to build an innovation driven technology industry, a green industry with responsibility development and a culture led fashion industry.
