This has also become a breakthrough for foreign-funded enterprises in purchasing staple bargaining. In the past 13 years, foreign businessmen have jointly reduced prices. The most direct reflection is that the purchase price of materials has been reduced from 850 thousand yuan to 500 thousand yuan / ton.

In China, in recent years, the government of Ningxia and Xinjiang is right.

The dominant position of the cashmere industry in the autonomous region is threatened.

In addition, there are numerous small production and processing workshops in the autonomous region, which do not attach importance to product quality and brand building. Instead, they compete in raw material purchasing, resulting in the reduction of quality varieties resources and the decline of the quality of cashmere goats.

These two things show us that there are urgent problems in the source of the cashmere industry, namely, raw materials.

In view of this, I put forward the "national cashmere high quality and good price pilot mechanism scheme (cashmere industry revitalization and innovation development"), hoping to help some cashmere related enterprises out of difficulties and stabilize the herdsmen's economic income through some specific ways, so as to achieve the long-term goal of GDP stability and cashmere industry's long-term growth in the autonomous region.

We believe that this is a practical and practical way to benefit the people's livelihood and the development of enterprises. It is very important for the long-term stable development of the industry and the well-being of millions of farmers and herdsmen in our region.

We suggest that policies such as interest discount reserve should be implemented in a long-term way, focus on support, concentrate on major events, do not waste water, do not sprinkle pepper noodles, and rely on strengthening strength and support, and concentrate on supporting a large number of large and medium-sized enterprises with relatively good running conditions and relatively strong growth.

In particular, the whole chain of deep-processing leading enterprises and famous brands use limited financial resources in the enterprise level that can give impetus to industrial development and brand growth advantages, so that advantageous resources can be added to the dominant enterprises.
