"At present, there are only a few courier companies in the express delivery industry who sign contracts directly with enterprises, and pay five risks and one gold in full, in full and in full. But more courier companies fail to pay five risks and one gold for their employees because of the existence of vicious price competition, which is unfavorable for the development of the express company and the whole society."

In the opinion of Su Bo Peng, the protection of the labor rights and interests of the courier should start with the system and improve relevant laws and regulations.
"It is suggested that the rights and interests of express employees should be safelined into the rule of law, and a perfect reward and punishment mechanism should be established. Enterprises and employees should be standardized to sign labor contracts according to law, so that employees can be handled as much as possible.
