Rongsheng Petrochemical super clean backup system is fully operational

In order to raise the level of cleaner production, our group has carried out a super clean emission pformation for Rongsheng petrochemical and Shengyuan chemical fiber about 80000000. After the main system was put into operation in August last year, the backup system was also completed and put into operation in July 15th this year.

The flue gas treatment pformation adopts SCR (selective catalytic reduction and denitrification), cloth bag dust removal, limestone / gypsum wet desulfurization and electrostatic precipitation.

SCR is currently the most mature and safe flue gas denitrification technology.

Limestone / gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization process uses limestone slurry as desulfurizer, spray and wash the flue gas in the absorption tower, and make sulfur dioxide in flue gas react to form gypsum. Wet wet electrostatic precipitator is mainly used for removing smoke and dust, especially PM2.5 dust which is difficult to remove by other methods.

After the flue gas is treated, the emission standards of soot, SO2 and NOx reach the highest super clean emission standard of natural gas emissions, far below

City flue gas emission standards.

Such a high standard and strict emission has further demonstrated the importance and social responsibility of Rongsheng Formosa Petrochemical Co.

During the construction period, because the Rongsheng petrochemical heat medium station is the old factory area, the equipment installation space is insufficient, the pipeline alteration quantity is large, and the construction is difficult.

In the course of the project, Rongsheng Petrochemical leaders at all levels and related management technicians and Kunlun technical personnel discussed and studied the construction and installation plan carefully according to the actual situation of the site, and promptly made plans for the various technical and installation problems at the scene, and promptly adjusted them, and solved many problems that could not be properly constructed due to insufficient installation space.

The super clean emission project was basically used in the thermal power plant.
