The exhibition will also cooperate with the modern cheongsam designed by the famous contemporary fashion designers, supplemented by the show and special lectures, presenting the main characteristics and styles of the cheongsam in different periods for the French audience, showing the centennial development of Qipao, reflecting the evolution of Chinese dress culture.

Yan Zhenquan, director of the Paris Chinese culture center, said in an interview that Qipao is the most distinctive modern Chinese dress in the hearts of foreigners.

The center is planning the cheongsam Exhibition on the occasion of the Spring Festival. It is hoped that this will enable French people to have more knowledge of cheongsam, so that more French dress people can see Chinese traditional costumes that are constantly innovating in the inheritance, and take this opportunity to promote mutual learning and mutual promotion in the industry and promote the continuous development of cultural trade between China and France, thereby further deepening the friendship between the two peoples.
