So how did Suiningdonghanjiaju Co Ltd upload the fake products and successfully hijack the listing of the original Elevation Lab?

Amazon did not comment on how counterfeit products replace Elevation Labs's legitimate product listing, but Amazon spokeswoman wrote in an e-mail statement: "once we are aware of these products, we will remove suspected counterfeit products.
When an enterprise sells products through Amazon's platform, Amazon's system will scan the relevant information to find out if the seller is an illegal seller.
Amazon will block most of the bad sellers in the process of registration.
If the product is not served or advertised, customers can contact customer service to get a full refund, the spokesman said.
Elevation Lab's Anchor headset hanger is a very popular product on Amazon.

Elevation Labs makes Anchor ranked first among search queries through sponsored advertising.
By hijacking Anchor's listing, the forgery successfully used Elevation Labs's investment to bring benefits to itself.
Hopkins also said he suspected that Suiningdonghanjiaju Co Ltd used software to automatically adjust the price of forgery.
When Hopkins tries to lower his price, Suiningdonghanjiaju Co Ltd will immediately reduce the price of their products by one cent.
According to Hopkins, the seller basically "occupied" the listing of the Anchor product for 5 days, but many counterfeiters have used the same method for more than a month, and the new seller will emerge every few weeks.
"Only last week, we could lose $5-10, plus long-term impact. If our customers get fake products, our products will be negatively evaluated."
At first, Elevation Labs's team did not immediately notice the situation.
They didn't notice this until they saw the sales figures.

Hopkins said.
The team contacted Amazon four times in a month.
"We received a template reply.

Until March 3rd, after the first five days of the counterfeit seller, Amazon removed the seller from Anchor's listing.

Hopkins said Amazon could easily implement a safeguards to prevent such fraud.

He suggests that Amazon can provide an option for sellers to let others know that their brand products are not sold wholesale, so that anyone who tries to sell counterfeit brand products can be directly blocked.
