Nanchong'S 103 Technology Needs Are Included In The Third China Innovation Challenge, And There Are 24 Items In Sericulture.

In August 15th, reporters learned from the Nanchong science, technology and intellectual property bureau that the demand for the third China Innovation challenge was overwhelming.

According to the deployment of the Ministry of science and technology, the torch center of the Ministry of science and technology has released 1315 technological innovation needs through the demand collection, excavation and analysis, and has sought solutions at home and abroad. Through the "challenge" and "competition" approach, the winners have been determined to facilitate multi-level technical cooperation in solving the needs of enterprises (industries).

Among them, our city has 103 technical requirements to be included in this challenge competition.

According to the relevant person in charge of the city's science and technology and intellectual property bureau, the China Innovation Challenge is a national level competition launched by the Ministry of science and technology to promote the pformation of scientific and technological achievements. In response to the needs of specific technological innovation, the innovative crowdsourcing service for the whole society will be open to the public through the way of competition, so as to form a new project organization and funding mode of "research reward + research and development crowdsourcing".

The challenge consists of demand collection, demand release, collection solution, competition, reward and follow-up support.

The third session

(Nanchong), launched in March this year, will host the on-site competition in November. This year is the second time that Nanchong has become one of the venue for China's innovation challenge.

The collection of technology needs, from mid May to early June, the City Productivity Promotion Center organized an expert team to go to 9 counties (cities and districts) of the whole city to conduct enterprise research and enterprise technology demand collection activities.

In the past 1 months, the team visited more than 100 enterprises, and communicated with the enterprises face-to-face to understand the technological level and technological process of the enterprises. It helped the enterprises to sort out and improve the technical requirements, and ensured the quality of the technology demand collection.

Through technology demand analysis, in the field of "five billion billion industrial clusters" and strategic emerging industries, we collected more than 200 technical requirements of 83 enterprises, and carefully screened out 103 technical needs (problems) into the challenge competition, which was jointly issued by the Ministry of science and technology to collect technical solutions.

The remaining 100 technical requirements of the city's collection will be released to the online through the innovation resource platform, seeking solutions and organizing docking.

According to the relevant person in charge of the city productivity promotion center, our city carefully screened 103 technical requirements (challenges) that were included in the challenge.

Enterprises in the field of electronic information, biological medicine, modern agriculture, oil and gas chemical industry, and equipment manufacturing.

Among them, there are only 24 technical requirements for enterprises in sericulture and silk spinning. These technical requirements play a key role in accelerating the upgrading and sustainable development of sericulture industry.

The responsible person said, for example, the technology demand of "intelligent control technology and complete equipment development" for artificial feeding silkworm mechanization is needed by a company. The main technology needed is silkworm rearing from mulberry leaves to artificial feed for raising silkworms, which can multiply and increase the amount of feed. Silkworms need to increase the efficiency of mechanical equipment in a whole range.

This technology is also a key technology that affects the sericulture industry in China to maintain more than 75% of the world's total. Therefore, we should develop efficient and labor-saving sericultural machinery and equipment.

The mechanization of production is not only a technical problem that an enterprise needs to solve, but also a promotion of silkworm eggs in our city and even the whole province and the whole country.

The key to sustainable development is not only to solve the contradiction between the shortage of rural labor force and sericulture development, but also to improve the comparative efficiency of sericulture production.
