"There are two main reasons for good business this year. On the one hand, the traditional peak season of printing and dyeing industry is ahead of schedule. On the other hand, it is due to environmental protection and limited capacity.

At present, the Keqiao district has introduced the implementation plan of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment and sludge reduction. "In the first round of operation, the sludge limit was first linked to wastewater discharge regulation, and the temporary sludge discharge limit of printing and dyeing enterprises was 15% or even 30%."

Although the dye fee has increased, most printing and dyeing enterprises are also booming, but most of the dyeing mills' profits have not increased.

It is understood that since the beginning of the year, printing and dyeing enterprises have gone through the crazy rise in dye prices. Dye giant Zhejiang Longsheng, Ru Tu shares and Kyrgyzstan group have raised prices many times.

Recently, due to the high price of dispersed intermediates, such as benzene, two amine, p-nitroaniline, hexyl chloride and six bromine, there is a shortage of reducing substances. Since August 1, 2018, the conventional series has been raised by another 2000 yuan / ton ~5000 yuan / ton.

High cost makes

Profits are thin, and some enterprises even say that profits have fluctuated on the winning line.

"Now the profit is less and less, the dye price has to rise, but considering the acceptability of our customers, we dare not go too much. The increase of dye fee is far less than that of dye."

"Enterprises directly facing the end consumers can pfer the rising cost factors to consumers in the way of adjusting the market price, thereby ensuring the reasonable profits of enterprises. As a" sandwich layer ", although the right of speech has increased over the past years, the difficulty of improving the selling price of products is still greater. Even if some customers accept the price increase, the increase of printing and dyeing is disproportionate to the actual increase of raw materials.

According to the statistics of China printing and dyeing industry association, in the 1~5 month of this year, the printing and dyeing enterprises above Designated Size realized 117 billion 589 million yuan in main business, an increase of 1.25% over the same period last year, and realized a total profit of 4 billion 499 million yuan, representing a decrease of 8.26% over the same period last year.

Over the same period, the number of loss making enterprises in the above scale printing and dyeing enterprises was 381, with a loss of 22.76%, an increase of 5.12 percentage points over the same period in 2017, and a total loss of 1 billion 108 million yuan for loss making enterprises, an increase of 29.88% over the same period in 2017.

The price has risen several times, and the comprehensive cost of printing and dyeing enterprises increased by 6%~7% compared with the same period last year.

In addition, due to the increasing investment and expenditure of printing and dyeing enterprises in environmental protection, the price of dyestuffs and labor costs continue to rise, the industry expects that the deficit will expand further in the second half of this year.

Huang Xinming pointed out that the rising cost of dye has a relatively small impact on domestic printing and dyeing enterprises, but the impact on foreign trade companies is greater.

"The international environment is fluctuating and the external demand is in the doldrums. The foreign trade enterprises are most sensitive to the pressure. When the domestic production cost is increased and the former competitive advantage is weakened, the pressure of the export enterprises is particularly direct."
