1. Principle of compact spinning

The main spinning mechanisms are:

In the weaving process, it is not easy to produce frosted phenomenon, so compact spinning line is most suitable for producing all kinds of yarn dyed fabrics.

The purpose of compact spinning is to make the fibers as parallel and close as possible before twisting the yarn. This is an important criterion for high quality compact yarns.

Making fibers as parallel and consistent as possible is the precondition of their advantages before twisting.

Because the single fiber of the twisting is fully stretched and parallel, there is no Mao Yu extending the main body of the yarn, so the yarn Mao Yu is very few, especially 3 mm or more.

2. in spinning, because the single fibers are twisted under the condition of stretching and parallel, the force of the single fibers is basically the same when the single yarn is pulled, so the compact spinning strength is higher than that of the traditional single yarn.

Moreover, because the single fibers in compact yarns are tightly arranged and have strong cohesion, this helps to enhance yarn strength.

3. in the compact spinning process, the gauze is gathered after finishing the drafting process, so the evenness index of the yarn is not greatly improved, but its finishing area has the finishing effect on the yarn. When the twisting rollers' jaws are twisted, the inner and outer layers of the fibers are not pferred with strong traditional process. Therefore, the evenness of the compact yarn is uneven, and the coarse and detail index is better than the traditional yarn.
