The reporter was informed that the paction included the fiber and brand combination of LYCRA and LYCRAHyFit, COOLMAX, THERMOLITE, fiber, heat insulation, Elaspan fiber, SUPPLEX fiber and TACTEL fiber; the production of TERATHANE poly four methylene ether glycol (PTMEG), 1,4 butanediol (BDO) and tetrahydrofuran (PTMEG); at the same time, the related production assets, R & D centers, global sales offices, and all the relevant technology brands, product patents, business, operation and administration personnel all over the world.
After the completion of the paction, the new company has been named the American Lycra group. Ruyi becomes the controlling shareholder of the Lycra group, and will operate its independent subsidiary to maintain its unique positioning, enterprise vision, development strategy and organizational structure.
Ruyi and the former shareholder of iwda, the Coriolis industrial group will continue to work closely together.
This will help and ensure the smooth pition and handover of post paction business, and more importantly, it will set up a new paradigm for Sino US economic cooperation between enterprises in the new situation.
