In the Hotan City, Xinjiang has built the first industrial textile and export production base of the whole industrial chain, which is of great significance for promoting the industrial development and pformation and upgrading of Hotan.

At present, Beijing and textiles have provided jobs for more than 600 Uygur employees, of whom nearly 200 workers are poor families who set up file cards.

The average monthly salary is more than 3000 yuan, basically realizing the "one person employment and the whole family get rid of poverty".

Hongli textile was put into operation in 2009. Cotton purchase, processing and sales are the main business, giving priority to solving the employment problems of poor households.

At present, the company has employed more than 900 local farmers and herdsmen, including 260 poor households, with a monthly income of more than 3000 yuan per person.

In addition, there are also a large number of state-level poverty-stricken counties in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

To help local villagers get rid of poverty as soon as possible, under the guidance of Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hengfeng Group invested and built factories in Tongli village, Lidan District, Litong District, and established Ningxia Hengfeng Tongli towel quilt Co., Ltd. to resettle villagers for employment.

The total area of the project is 67000 square meters, which is divided into 2 phases.

After the completion of the project, the annual production scale of 10 million towels and 10 million pairs of cotton socks can initially solve the employment problems of more than 400 local people, which has greatly promoted the construction of new rural areas.

Job directly improves farmers' livelihood

Prior to that, she lived in the household farm, a family of 5 people living on 5 acres of cotton. By introducing her friends, she came to the textile enterprise to work. Because of her diligence and outstanding performance, her wages were getting higher and higher.

Many textile enterprises have launched the pro poor industry in Xinjiang area, and more and more young people have gone out of the countryside like hot Ziz and pformed into modern industrial workers.

Geside Ahiti used to be a farmer in ACTO Hai Township, Wushi County, Akesu. She lived in a large family of 8 people. However, the family had only one piece of land less than 5 mu, with an annual income of less than 10 thousand yuan.

In addition to the Xinjiang region, the textile enterprises located in various provinces and cities have quietly employed the rural population to fulfill their social responsibilities for tackling poverty alleviation.

Jiangsu Susi silk Limited by Share Ltd absorbed a large number of rural population as textile workers. Zhao Haiying and Zhu Zhengjuan of clothing and clothing department came from poor villages. Now they weave their own new life with their hands.
