Henan Holds High-End Forum On Quality And Brand Building Of Textile And Garment Industry

In March 23rd, the high-end forum of quality brand construction in Henan textile and clothing industry was successfully held in Xinye.

Hao Jinghong, deputy director of the Henan provincial industrial and commercial bureau, attended the forum and delivered speeches. Chen Yichu, vice chairman of the Ninth CPPCC Henan, director general of the consumer goods industry division of the Ministry of industry and commerce, vice chairman of the China Textile Industry Federation Zhang Li, and Zhou Hongning, head of brand cultivation expert group of the Ministry of industry and information technology, attended the forum and delivered keynote speeches.

The forum is guided by the Henan provincial industrial and commercial office, hosted by the Xinye County People's government, and hosted by Xinye County Industrial and Information Committee.

Hao Jinghong pointed out that at present, China's economy has shifted from the high-speed growth stage to the high quality development stage. We must pform the foothold of promoting development to improve the quality and accelerate the cultivation of new competitive advantages with quality brand as the core.

Henan is an important textile and clothing Province in the country. The textile and clothing industry ranks among the top in the country. The more than 10 key enterprises represented by Xinye textile are the top 100 cotton textile enterprises in China.

However, in the process of rapid development, there are also some structural contradictions in Henan's textile and garment industry, such as low value-added products and few famous brands, which are in the low value chain in the textile and apparel industry chain.

In order to revitalize Henan's textile and garment industry, we must vigorously carry out quality improvement actions, implement brand driving strategy, improve the core competitiveness of textile and garment industry, and promote the textile and garment industry chain to the high-end value chain.

The theme of this forum is "quality brand building". Chen Yichu, Zhang Li and Zhou Hongning respectively focus on "the pillar of enterprise pformation and upgrading - brand and innovation", "enrich the connotation of regional brand, promote the development of high quality industry" and "strategic oriented systematic brand cultivation".

A total of over 200 people from experts, academics and textile and garment enterprises from outside and outside the province participated in this forum.
