    He said that changing the traditional concept of industrial waste water turbidity and diversion, sub quality treatment, the use of quality is an inevitable trend, as far as possible for resource reuse.

    Practice has proved that changing the original way of thinking is the key to change the mode. With the idea of Puxi environmental management, design plan and core technology, printing and dyeing wastewater can be used to recycle 85-92% waste water after being cleaned up and separated by separate treatment. Besides, less investment and less operation cost will be achieved in the construction and pformation of the printing and dyeing wastewater, which will cover about 50%-60% of the traditional method.

    The running cost of all printing and dyeing wastewater zero discharge is about 10 yuan / ton, which is even or even lower than the current processing cost.

    After deducting the cost of reusing water, the actual cost is only 7-8 yuan / ton.

    The whole industry implements ecological printing and dyeing technology. The COD emission reduction will be about 720 tons per day, and the annual emission reduction of COD will be about 23700 tons, resulting in great environmental benefits.

    Xi Dan Li also believes that after the treatment of waste water and waste gas, solid waste management will surely become the focus. At present, the amount of sludge produced by textile printing and dyeing is 5 million 500 thousand tons / year. Generally, the methods of incineration, landfill and brick making are all used. However, there are limitations. Only by making full use of the organic matter in the sludge and converting it into useful material can we achieve the ecological cycle.

    Xi Dan Li finally gave a definition of "ecological printing and dyeing": when printing and dyeing wastewater was treated and recycled, waste water reached zero discharge; most of the waste gas was recovered; sludge ecological utilization; mixed salt reuse.

On this basis, the continuous dyeing and spraying process and equipment of yarn were further developed and integrated with continuous pad dyeing.

    The production process of the technology is green and low carbon, and the produced trace waste water is completely reused after processing, thus achieving zero discharge of the whole process of yarn dyeing.
