    Sun Ruizhe: Achieving High Quality Development And Moving Forward To The Next Ten Years

    In April 1st, Beijing China Hotel, CHIC. 2019 China Fashion Forum opened with the theme of "innovation and pition to the next ten years". President Sun Ruizhe of the China Textile Industry Federation published the opening speech on the theme of "achieving high quality development and moving towards the next ten years".

    The profound connotation and practical significance of the three key words of "consumption", "technology" and "culture" are interpreted in the Chinese garment industry.

    The world is facing a great change in the past hundred years, and wise people should seek opportunities.

    The theme of this year's China clothing forum focuses on the "innovation leap: towards the next ten years". It stands at a broader time scale and strategic vision to show new observations, new cognition and new expectations for the future society, technology and industry, and strive to depict a "thousand li River map" that can outline the next ten years.

    Here, on behalf of the China Federation of textile industry, I would like to express my thanks to all the distinguished guests for your success, and to sincerely welcome the success of the forum and the integration and collision of ideas.

    2019 is the 70th anniversary year of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the decisive year for achieving the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving the first centenary goal.

    In the past seventy years, China has developed into the largest textile and garment producer, consumer and exporter in the world. It has become the core force supporting the smooth operation of the world textile industry system and an important industrial platform for promoting global economic and cultural coordination and cooperation.

    With the nineteen convening of the party and under the leadership of the Party Central Committee headed by general secretary Xi Jinping, the Chinese textile and garment industry has entered the "new era". Grasping the "new orientation" is accelerating the innovation driven technology industry, the cultural leading fashion industry and the responsible green color industry. "Technology, fashion and green" is becoming the new orientation of work, the new label of the industry and the new social cognition of the Chinese textile and garment industry in the new era.

    "The world is so new, everything has not yet been named."

    The era of our life is an era of technology, culture, talent, capital, market change, new ideas and no route presupposition.

    This change is discontinuous and leaping, which we call "pition".

    In quantum mechanics, the term "pition" refers to the process of skipping changes in microscopic states.

    In the future, there are too many uncertainties. The old road signs have disappeared and the new order is growing.

    While discovering buds and new shoots, we might as well turn our eyes back to the maternal body and feel the vitality and creativity of the maternal body.

    Comprehensive analysis of the situation at home and abroad, China's development is still in an important period of strategic opportunities, with sufficient resilience, great potential and continuous burst of innovation and vitality, and the people's desire for a better life is very strong.

    Take this opportunity to discuss with you the three main variables: consumption, technology and culture, and how to drive the Chinese textile and garment industry to "achieve high quality development and move forward to the next ten years".

    Along the river of time, we can see the future in general.

    (1) upgrading of consumption is the "engine" of innovation.

    Consumption is the direct embodiment of people's need for a better life, and is also the ultimate goal and core power of production.

    The Chinese market with nearly 1 billion 400 million people is experiencing a new golden age of consumer upgrading.

    In 2018, the contribution rate of final consumption expenditure to GDP growth reached 76.2% in the whole year, and became the first driving force for economic growth for fifth consecutive years.

    In 2018, the total retail sales of social consumer goods amounted to 38 trillion and 100 billion yuan, up 2.5 times compared to 10 trillion and 800 billion yuan in 2008.

    The central economic work conference put forward that promoting the formation of a strong domestic market can not be achieved without sustained improvement in the fundamentals of the economy.

    Over the past ten years, China's gross domestic product has risen from 30 trillion yuan in 2008 to 90 trillion yuan in 2018, and the total economic volume is second in the world.

    If China's economy keeps growth of about 6%, China will surpass the United States to become the world's largest economy by 2027.

    China has the largest and most growing middle income group in the world.

    According to the National Bureau of statistics, there were more than 400 million people in 2017.

    The next ten years will continue to expand.

    According to the standards of international organizations, 15 cities in China's coastal and central regions have reached GDP standard of developed economies per capita, covering nearly 150 million of the population.

    Consumers are becoming more mature and rational. They no longer regard the price, quantity, new products, trademarks and flaunting degree as the main considerations of consumption. Instead, they show a series of changes from the satisfaction of quality of note to the promotion of quality, from visible material products to more service consumption, from imitative wave consumption to personalized and diversified consumption.

    Consumer content and consumption patterns are undergoing fundamental changes.

    With the change of the age structure of China's population from "olive type" to "inverted trapezoid", the "millennial generation", which accounts for 1/4 of the total population, has become the absolute consumer main force.

    The Z generation, which is what we often say after 95, is expected to become the next burst of consumption growth.

    The elderly population, together with other age groups, also constitutes an important force to promote sustainable social development.

    How to tap the structural dividend of population and further release our consumption potential is the most important thing to do now.

    (two) technological progress is the accelerator of innovation.

    We are in the stage of a new round of technological revolution and industrial pformation. The new generation of information technology, represented by Internet, big data and artificial intelligence, is changing with each passing day.

    To promote the integration and development of digital economy and real economy, speed up the continuous pformation of new and old development kinetic energy, and create new industries and new formats are the common tasks facing all countries.

    With the digital process, the main battlefield of the mobile Internet is developing from the first half of the consumer Internet to the industrial Internet direction of the lower half.

    There are two natural basic conditions for the development of the industrial Internet, one is the huge market demand, the other is the sufficient technology reserve.

    From the perspective of market demand, over the past ten years, the explosive growth of mobile Internet has spawned the prosperity of the consumer Internet.

    China's digital consumption is leading the world in absolute order of magnitude in terms of its size and market size.

    As of December 2018, the number of mobile phone users in China has reached 817 million, an increase of nearly 6 times compared with 117 million 600 thousand in 2008. The online retail sales of physical goods in the whole year were 70198 billion yuan, an increase of nearly 54 times compared with 128 billion 180 million in 2008, and the proportion of total retail sales of social consumer goods increased from 1% in 2008 to 18.4%.

    From the perspective of technology reserve, the key to mobile Internet is mobile communication technology. In 2019, it will be the first year of 5G. It will have wider coverage, larger capacity and faster pmission speed.

    The arrival of 5G means that the Internet of things that we have talked about for a long time will eventually have the chance to realize the "Internet of things".

    It will merge with big data, computers, artificial intelligence, and Internet of things, and it will break the bottleneck of the development of the industrial Internet, release massive demand quickly, and build trillions of big ecosystems, thus becoming the guide of the fourth technological revolution.

    Let's strive for the best.

    If we do not respond to changes, we will miss opportunities for development and even miss the whole era.

    China's textile and garment industry should make full use of the strength of science and technology to pform crises, seek opportunities and take the lead in building new innovative advantages.

    Textile and garment enterprises are the basic cells of economic activities as well as the main body of technological innovation.

    We should focus on the market demand, and accelerate the whole staff innovation, full factor innovation and space-time innovation through independent innovation and collaborative innovation, so as to build up the core competence of technology in all directions, and pform the core advantages of R & D into real productivity, leading the upgrading of industries and structural pformation.

    (three) cultural confidence is the source of energy for innovation.

    Wen Yun and national pportation are the same.

    The prosperity of a country or a nation is always supported by cultural prosperity.

    With the rapid development of science, technology, economy and information, people also feel more and more deeply that cultural consciousness and cultural confidence are more basic, deeper and more lasting forces to push forward the progress of the country and the nation.

    The essence of culture is thought, utensils, system, behavior, value and so on are only carriers of culture. They are not culture in themselves, but the ideological content in them is culture.

    The important embodiment of cultural confidence in the industrial context is that consumers gradually change the aesthetic attachment and irrational consumption of foreign brands in the past, and enhance the recognition of local brands.

    Today, all kinds of cultural thoughts in the world blend with each other, collide and interact with each other. Today, it is a new social trend to reconsider national culture, review historical classics and revitalize traditional skills.

    "Tradition" should be a vocabulary that contains realistic care and future vision.

    Retrospect and cognitive tradition are not reverse regress, but to understand themselves with the help of historical dimension. Looking ahead and reconstructing the future is not blindly advancing, but adapting to the strength of the trend to optimize themselves.

    "China has a great etiquette, so it is called summer."

    The historical driving force of the garment industry is not only to satisfy people's need to constantly improve the quality of material life, but also to meet the needs of people's constantly improving aesthetic culture.

    According to the value orientation of truth, goodness and beauty, it can be divided into three levels: practicality, cognition and aesthetics.

    As an aesthetic object, clothing is the multidimensional integration of these three levels. It is necessary to comprehensively express the beauty of technology, ecology and life, which is of great significance for comprehensively grasping the interaction and harmonious relationship between products and people.

    Each age has its own values and aesthetic standards.

    Today, we live in the East with a long, profound and rich cultural tradition, and at the same time, we are in the process of rapid development, open and integrated modernization.

    China's textile and garment industry must speed up the development of the hard power of science and technology at the same time, must simultaneously enhance the cultural creativity and cultural influence of the textile and garment industry.

    On the one hand, we must correctly activate the "total switch" of Chinese excellent traditional culture. On the other hand, we should build up the "general hub" of the creative sources of the industry through synergy of the cross border creative resources with more extensional and reconstructive efforts, and enhance the connotative development of the industry and the development of high added value. Cultural self-confidence is the source of endless innovation and endless growth, and it is also the necessary way to build up deep human identification and complete the emotional intersection.

    To achieve innovation and pition, we need to build new gene combinations and value reconstructions of innovation elements in a historical, comparative and empirical perspective in the context of specific and specific industrial development.

    This requires greater knowledge and courage, pattern and responsibility to effectively control variables and maximize energy.

    "If you want to be a ship, do not call everyone to collect wood, do not assign tasks to them, but teach them the longing for the vast sea."

    This is an era of boundless innovation and boundless hope. It is also an era of development and pformation.
