Zhejiang Golden Eagle Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "company") convened the first provisional shareholders' meeting on 2018 in October 16, 2018, and deliberated and adopted the relevant motion on the proposal to repurchase shares in the company by means of centralized bidding. The company held the seventh meeting of the ninth board of directors in April 10, 2019, and deliberated and adopted the motion on adjusting the part of the stock repurchase plan of the repurchase company.

The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date of the consideration of the repurchase share plan by the shareholders' meeting. The company intends to repurchase the total amount of not less than 40 million yuan (including 40 million yuan) and not more than 60 million yuan (including 60 million yuan), and the repurchase price does not exceed RMB 7.5 yuan / share.
