Zhangjiagang Textile Great Coffee Road Intelligent Manufacturing

Organized by the Zhangjiagang Municipal Bureau of industry and commerce, "the backbone enterprises of the city's textile industry went to the benchmarking business of local intelligent manufacturing benchmarking" activities in the afternoon of May 10th. The chairman and general manager from more than 10 key textile enterprises visited the "spinning intelligent manufacturing workshop" of Huafang group Jintian textile company and the intelligent clothing quick reaction intelligent production workshop of Dong Du Textile Group, and held discussions and exchanges on how to speed up the intelligent manufacturing of the textile industry in the whole city. The textile industry is one of the important pillar industries in Zhangjiagang. It is understood that there are more than 3000 textile enterprises in the city, of which 346 are regulated by textile enterprises. Last year, the textile industry achieved an output value of 58 billion 900 million yuan. Although there are many textile enterprises in Zhangjiagang, recently, the Municipal Bureau of industry and Commerce held "the city's regulations on the maturity assessment of industrial enterprises' Intelligent Manufacturing" showed that the overall level of Intelligent Manufacturing in the textile industry was relatively low, and the textile enterprises in the 17 provincial intelligent manufacturing demonstration workshops were only two. Therefore, it is urgent to speed up the textile industry intelligent manufacturing and promote the spanformation and upgrading of the industry. The main purpose of this benchmarking learning activity is to guide the backbone textile enterprises in the city to change their ideas and enhance their confidence, to find gaps in the alignment of benchmarks, to accelerate the formulation and implementation of intelligent spanformation plans that conform to the actual situation of enterprises, and to raise the level of intelligent manufacturing of textile industry in Zhangjiagang gradually.

Hu Jun pointed out that promoting intelligent manufacturing is an important starting point to promote the industrial spanformation and upgrading of the port city. The municipal government has issued special support policies to support the implementation of intelligent spanformation. Zhangjiagang's textile industry has complete categories, complete system and better industrial foundation. It is of great significance to improve the intelligent manufacturing level of the textile industry in the city as soon as possible. He hoped that entrepreneurs will adapt to the situation, find the right direction and increase investment, and push the enterprises to enter the orbit of high quality development through intelligent manufacturing, so as to make new contributions to revitalize the textile industry in the whole city.
