Wumart BBK Curve Is An Important Part Of Chongqing Department Store Retail Market.

Recently, the controlling shareholder of Chongqing department store, Chongqing business group (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chongqing Business Association) announced the reform plan of mixed ownership.

The plan is to introduce 45% equity investors into wumi Technology Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Wumart group") and 10% equity investors as BBK investment group Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as BBK). The mixed ownership reform investment enjoyed the share price of 25.52 yuan per share in Chongqing department store.

After the completion of the mix up, the business group will be changed from Chongqing SASAC 100% to Chongqing SASAC holding 45%, Wumai group holding 45%, BBK group holding 10%, business group and company control rights will be changed significantly, no single shareholder can realize the actual control of the business group and the company separately.

At this point, Chongqing and Chongqing's department stores, which successfully joined the Wuming and BBK, were also able to enter the stock market in Chongqing, while the department store was an important level in the southwest retail market. At present, there has been a multi pattern development pattern of department stores, supermarkets, electrical appliances, automobile trade and so on, and new industries such as e-commerce, consumer finance, supply chain finance have been cultivated.
