The average electricity price of the enterprises in Hunan is mostly between 0.61-0.67 yuan / degree. The workers are mainly local workers. The wage level of the employees is 8 yuan / day at 3500-4000 yuan / month. The enterprises reflect that although the enterprises can guarantee the normal production of the enterprises at present, the recruitment is rather difficult, and the average age of the employees is too large to recruit young people.
