Tencent Set Up Joint Internet Security Laboratory

Yesterday, the Ministry of technology of the dripping safety products joined Tencent to establish an Internet security joint laboratory. The lab will focus on information security, business security and frontiers security, so as to enhance user data security and protection capabilities and provide travel services for passengers.

In the field of information security, it includes the joint capability building of key information protection and the joint capability building of new form API data security. In the field of business security, it mainly covers face recognition technology and transaction anti fraud security model. Tencent security will provide experience in confrontation with black ash production, and jointly model with the drop sample data, and conduct a more in-depth study on the problem of black ash production in business scenarios. Frontier security areas include vehicle networking security technology research, automatic driving safety and so on.

Dr. Feng Min Min, vice president of dipping information security strategy, said the two sides will cooperate deeply in black ash production confrontation, security access and trading anti fraud, as well as smart car safety and effective intelligence sharing technology.

It is reported that in April of this year, Didi announced the upgrading of the group security products and Technology Department, enabling information security technology capabilities of all business lines, providing targeted information security technology support for business development. In the first half of this year, the use of safety technology helped the police deal with 12 cases of black production, and 179 suspects were arrested.
