    I come from a small mountain village in Chongqing. Because my family is poor and my academic record is not good, I graduated from junior middle school and went to Guangdong to work. Under a chance, I read a book called "the greatest salesman in the world". After reading it, I realized that the sale was so charming that this is the most suitable job for me. So I went to the sales department just like chicken blood, and eventually I worked as a salesman in a men's clothing store.

     150 thousand yuan started, and the grassroots entrepreneur opened 8 clothing stores in 4 years (Figure 1).

    In this way, from 2009 to 2010, I worked in this men's clothing store for two years, during which I read all kinds of books about sales. As we all know, the clothing business was still very good at that time. Because of my excellent performance, I became a store manager after a year's work. At this time, I was not satisfied with working for the boss. I knew that working could not change my fate. I wanted to start a business. I had to open a clothing store, and I had to make my own brand. So after two years of working in this clothing store, I formally resigned from my boss.

    After my resignation, I have 100 thousand yuan saved for many years, plus 50 thousand of my friends and relatives, and I have 150 thousand of the shop funds. As the saying goes, how much money I have to do, I have seen a 30 square meter shop, 60 thousand a year, but need to have a plate, and more than 500 women's clothing. On balance, I took over, and spent 20 thousand of the shop decorated, and the remaining 70 thousand came in. In order not to affect the clothing store's business, I was thinking of selling these 500 pieces of women's clothing as soon as possible, so I went to the stall with the help of my family, and sold out my sales experience in less than a week. Although it's cheap, it's better than stacking in the store.

    After the shop was decorated, my clothes shop was officially opened. Whenever a guest enters a shop, I think that I must take you down. I must let you put on my clothes and make sure that your money goes into my pocket. With such determination, I will not despise any deal and do a good job in sales. Gradually, the reputation of my clothing store is getting louder and louder in the neighborhood. However, because there was not enough money, I had to wait for opportunities slowly.

    One day, a guest came in and asked me to talk about the clothing store and said he wanted to cooperate. My heart was filled with joy and the opportunity finally came. So he gave me the money and I opened a branch. A lot of people run their first store in a very good way, but they do not have any business when they open a branch store. Finally, they fail because they are not the owners themselves. They may not have strong sales ability, and they may not even have the ability to do so. So, I will regularly train the salesmen in the branch, and try to give them the best salary. After all, they are also working for money. If you are good to him, he will work hard. In this way, the first branch successfully opened up. Until 2014, I already had 8 branches.

    In the future, my goal is to create my own clothing brand. Although the clothing industry is becoming more and more difficult to do, my success stems from the clothing store, and I will stick to it until I realize my career dream.
