East Hopes To Introduce Jingdong Intelligent Procurement Transformation Digital Management

On August 13th, Jingdong and orient Hope Group signed a cooperation agreement at the headquarters of Jingdong in Beijing recently, becoming a partner of the East in the hope of digital procurement.

According to the agreement, orient hope group will cooperate with Jingdong intelligent procurement platform to fully link the business and service capabilities of Jingdong business, cooperate in indirect material procurement service, and build direct material procurement platform, so as to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Orient hope group in industrial Internet and digital management. Jingdong intelligent procurement service will be pilot in the East Hope heavy chemical sector, and plans to extend to the entire group this year.

Through this cooperation, the East hopes to fully introduce the intelligent procurement of Jingdong, and establish a visualization and traceability management system for the whole process, so that all purchases can be viewed, monitored and maintained in real time from the requirements, approval, execution and subsequent delivery, performance and distribution.

It is reported that through the intelligent procurement, the two sides have realized the digital and unified management mode of the group level from the general scenario to the production and operation scene.

Specifically, in terms of the general scenario, Jingdong business will create a group oriented indirect material procurement portal for the East, providing logistics services from commodities to the whole country, and a full chain digital procurement management tool in the areas of PPE protection, labor protection supplies, canteens, employee benefits and so on. In terms of production and operation scenario, relying on the intelligent procurement management platform, Jingdong will help the east to build a perfect direct material procurement platform, and realize the closed loop management of raw material procurement from source finding system to commodity procurement management, performance acceptance, financial reconciliation payment and after sales service.

In addition to platform technology capability, enterprise supply chain capability has also become an important reason for the east to choose Jingdong.

Zhang Hao, purchasing director of Orient hope group, said that through cooperation with Jingdong, the East hopes to achieve matching, order, approval, execution, delivery and settlement in the field of direct materials and indirect materials, and achieve one-stop digital management of supply chain in the true sense.

It is understood that in view of the current situation of the underdeveloped retail outlets in the east of Xinjiang and the inconvenience of personal shopping, the two sides plan to open multi line stores in the multicolored Bay Coal Chemical Industrial Park to provide retail services for more than 30 thousand employees, and follow up Jingdong will have in-depth communication with the animal husbandry section of Dongfang's hope, so as to build a new line of agricultural products online and offline.
