    Sanfo Outdoor Works Together With People's Sports To Create The "People's Outdoor" Sports Industry Platform.

    In the evening of August 14th, Sanfo outdoor (002780.SZ) announced the signing of the "people's outdoor industry development cooperation agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement") with the people's sports (Beijing) Limited, hereinafter called "people's sports". The announcement said that the two sides will jointly build China's leading and world-class Internet platform for online and offline operation, featuring outdoor sports featuring the "people's outdoors", creating various outdoor sports industry IP, and promoting industrial development.

    People's sports is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the people's net. It aims to build up China's leading sports industry service platform by cultivating various vertical professional sports fields. While people's sports are responsible for the leaders of China's sports communication, they create more value for the enterprises and the country based on sports service. In order to better and further promote the development of industry, people's sports have set up a sub platform of people's road running + people's football, people's ice and snow, people's competition, people's go and Taiji. Sanfo outdoor has constructed three core business directions: "outdoor sports products R & D and sales, outdoor activities, group building, organization and operation, parent-child outdoor adventure and youth outdoor experience education".

    The announcement shows that Sanfo outdoor will serve as a service platform for the outdoor sports industry launched by people's sports, the "people's outdoor" co construction team. It will exclusively become the "people's outdoor strategic partner", implement the strategy of "national fitness", carry out the national fitness campaign, expand the sports industry, spread outdoor sports culture, promote fitness for all, and promote healthy China construction. The two sides will conduct comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in such fields as event activities, event relay, new media dissemination, industry forum, industry big data platform and so on.

    According to the data of China Mountaineering Association, in 2018, the number of outdoor sports in China reached 145 million, accounting for 33% of the sports population. Compared with ball games and indoor fitness exercises, the growth of the outdoor sports population is more obvious. It includes traditional mountaineering, hiking, rock climbing and other core outdoor sports. It also includes sports activities such as sports bicycles, cross-country running, leisure camping and so on.

    At present, there is still a certain gap between the development of domestic outdoor industry and foreign countries. Data show that in 2016, the United States participated in outdoor sports at least 145 million times, accounting for nearly half of the total population. Because outdoor sports are non Olympic events and the popularity rate of the masses is low, the commercial value of advertising sponsorship and video broadcast of outdoor sports events and activities has not yet been widely recognized by the market. In addition, the smaller scale of outdoor events and activities and the lack of quality competition brands also restrict the development of the industry. According to the experience of foreign industry development, the club is an important grass-roots organization of outdoor sports. At present, our outdoor clubs have begun to take shape, but there are still some problems such as relatively loose organization, lack of professionals, and so on. There is room for further development.
