Exhibitor procedure

1. exhibitors should fill in the "application form" and stamp it, or send it back or fax to the organization.

2. the exhibitors will transfer the fee of [50% (Ding Jin) or the total amount of the exhibition fee to the organization unit within one week after applying for the booth. The balance should be paid before April 20, 2020. If the deposit or balance is not paid according to the requirements, the organizer will not retain its intended booth.

3. the principle of sequential allocation of booth: "apply first, pay first, arrange first".

4. the organizer will send the exhibitor manual to the exhibitors one month before the start of the exhibition, and guide the exhibitors to make preparations for the exhibition.

5. the organizer reserves the right to eventually adjust the location of the booth according to the overall needs of the general assembly.
